My first time staying experience in Atour. Overall the stays is comfort. front desk and housekeeping staffs did their deligence and able to accommodate to my needs. Like their free supper, auto water dispenser and laundery service. However the price can be steep compare to other similar hotel. Will recommend to my friends and Atour will be my consider stays for my next trip in china

Hada great experience and the entire team was fantastic. I was late for checkout due to traffic bus they were very accommodating. Check in and checkout was wxcellt. Fengcha Yuming helped a lot!

Just checked out of Atour Hangzhou, and I have to give it a huge thumbs up! The location is absolutely fantastic; easy to find with navigation, and public transport nearby is super convenient. The hotel facilities are very new, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable – I had a very pleasant stay. What really impressed me was the service after check-out. I was in a rush and didn't linger at the front desk, but to my surprise, the Front Office Manager proactively contacted me to ask about my stay. This level of thoughtfulness and attentiveness was a genuine surprise! You can really feel that the hotel values its guests' experience, and the attention to detail in their service is outstanding. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou. Highly recommended to everyone!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with everything well maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. I especially loved the convenient laundry service provided. The location was excellent, just next to MRT station. Overall, a wonderful stay. We would definitely return.

Accessible to most of the places by train as the Jianguo north metro station is just next to hotel. There is in-room water dispenser and laundry room on level 3. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay throughout. Highly recommended hotel!

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. On the first night the AC in my room didn’t work quite well, I told the front desk and they took care of it immediately. The room is nice and clean. The location of the hotel is superb, right next to subway station. Very easy to get around Hangzhou. I was really happy with my stay.
