Hotel berhampiran Mucai Pavilion, Hangzhou

設施：好。我們本來衹訂了一晚，後來直接住了三天。 衞生：非常好。有滾筒洗衣機。工作人員還幫我們晾曬了因為趕博物館預約來不及等洗完再晾的衣服。 環境：清靜，便捷，對面是浙大玉泉校區步行10分鐘可達。出門到馬路左側15分鐘，步行可達越王廟，到靈隱寺步行到植物園也有直達公交。從南京高鐵。到達後，地鐵一直到黃東站轉277公交可達民宿小區的門口。旁邊可以爬山寶石山，直通棲霞嶺，岳王廟，如果喜歡安靜，對夜晚睡眠質量要求高，個人認為甚至比棲霞嶺更好。衹是如果開車來停車可能不方便，還有就是早餐得出去吃。 服務：非常好。老闆姐姐人很好，很細緻周到，得體合度。特別是為不同客人根據情況推薦的出行建議，很實用。我們中午從浙大玉泉校區回來2點過，不好買杭州東站的高鐵票了，就直接地鐵到達紹興，雖然也是2小時多，但沒有耽誤時間，而且涼快，經濟，低碳。

Bellissimo hotel in riva al lago ad Hangzhou. Le stanze sono delle casette circondate dagli alberi, molto curate. Essendo vicino al lago, c’è un po’ di umidità. Servizio ottimo, abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio lavanderia. Personale sempre gentilissimo e cibo delizioso.

超級超級喜歡杭州，喜歡西湖，還有這家民宿店，還有老闆娘！！我是來參加CP30順便玩西湖的，體驗很棒，一路上遇到的杭州人們都很熱情，老闆娘幫我拿行李，還送了我小禮物，房間又大又明亮乾淨，玩得很開心！！٩（๑•̀ω•́๑）۶下次再來杭州玩還住這裏！！我愛杭州！❤️

The.staff here, despite not speaking ANY English were EXCELLENT. They were so helpful, and genuinely tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.The girl and boy who checked me in did a great job. Room was clean and spacious. Good shower, with plenty of hot water. Bed large and comfortable. AC did leak water into the room a couple of times, do hope that will be fixed. When checking out presented with a snack and small soft toy, a very thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again.

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

去年住地鐵旁邊的漢庭，感覺這個價位上房間太小了。今年找到這家蘭卡，從照片上看還不錯。實地入住沒有照片上那麼新，酒店採用木紋瓷磚，裝修有8年了，保養還是不錯。這個價位還是可以的。 這裏的前台沒有需要客人全部打5分的點評指標，所以就按照真實感受打分了。 優點： 1. 房間很大，我很滿意 2. 周圍環境很安靜，離浙大非常近，離西溪路很近，如果不是那麼熱，可以去西溪路散步，還是很舒暢的。 3. 每天早上9點就來打掃衞生了，會幫你補充、換洗一些物品 4. 雖然沒有早餐，但給了雙人下午茶，有水果、小蛋糕和零食、咖啡。還可以吧，因為我早餐衹吃幾片麪包。 5. 窗簾是可以遙控的捲簾，入住時窗簾不能降到底，很快就有一個師傅來搞定了。遮光效果不錯 6. 空調也很不錯，聲音很輕，可以調風向，模式，時間，是這個價位我最喜歡的空調。電視是索尼，就是比較舊了。 7. 床挺舒服，有兩個枕頭和一些靠墊。是和一些四、五星級酒店標間差不多的配備 缺點： 1. wifi太差了，用移動號半個小時都收不到驗證碼，直到用電信號才上去，而且很卡 2. 衞生間門沒有鎖，浴室和床的一面牆是用百葉窗隔，還好百葉窗看不見 3. 設施比較舊了，不過跟有些舊的四星設施比也相差不大。另娃説床有點短，服務員説床是兩米的，娃1.8 ，躺直了，腳在外面😀 4. 冰箱因為舊了不太製冷，但可以用，我放了水，自製了檸檬紅茶。 5. 早餐品種比較少，麪包衹有切片，餐廳是挺大的。

We are 4 peoples stayed in this room ...which is really spacious and most of the amenities where also they given ... including washing machine ,kettle etc .and there is a nice view from the room . Main thing is there is a street also in-front of the hotel .and also there is an night market over there ..the hotel staffs where very helping also

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

I stay at one bed dorm without window room, size 2x5m as showed in trip.com apps. At first this dormitory hotel gave a good impression: its hv many toilets and bathroom, all in quite clean condition, because always have standby cleaning service on shift. But at my last day stay, i don’t know what happen, the aircon in my room not cool at all, even i’d report through hotel’s wechat account, Their amneties is perfect: many hairdryer in bathroom, don’t forget to bring your own bath slippers when staying here. There provide coin washing machine, and there are infuse water, hot/cold water, microwave and refrigerator in the lounge. The only thing that bother me is the carpet inside the lift to hotel is very dirty, but maybe it’s because they share lift with Xintian art&craft garden building.
