環境特別好！設施很新，特別滿意。前台服務很及時，打掃也很及時！ 設施：新，沒有異味，便於使用。 衞生：非常乾淨，洗漱用具更換很及時。 環境：非常好，有窗户，而且有自己的停車場。 服務：及時，便捷，送餐機器人很可愛。

原會議的房間訂滿了，在附近找到桔子酒店，真的是太驚喜了，很驚喜很精緻很安心很温暖，早飯也很精緻，健康衞生，東西也很全的。值得推薦，下次還來

酒店擁有薰香特色，而且酒店十分便於找到而且酒店附近有公交站交通十分便利大大增強了我的體驗，工作人員的服務態度十分好（給了免費早餐），地理環境十分的優異，酒店內部給了我連綿不絕的驚喜，體驗到了家一般的舒適與温馨，床品與隔音做了充足的工作，酒店內環境給人印象十分好，酒店的清潔做的十分好打掃的十分乾淨，同時安全設備十分完善，價格絕對的性價比，配備的洗漱用品八件套很齊全很方便比較人性化，出門旅遊就不用帶這麼多瓶瓶罐罐，地理位置正處杭州市中心，小橋流水的風格，江南水鄉，值得推薦入住[強]

Attic room is a weird layout. There is no privacy for toilet. There was some disrepair and cleanliness wasn’t a priority. Construction noise right outside and lobby door shutting constantly downstairs vibrates the room. Pick a different room. The place has a good vibe, but you may not be happy with this room.

Hotel ini telah diubah suai dari kilang lama. Lobinya sangat besar ***anya ber***a industri dengan beberapa elemen Hangzhou, tetapi keselesaan masih ada dan kebersihannya Canal dan Grand Canal terletak betul-betul di pintu belakang hotel ini, dan kemudian berjalan kaki selama kira-kira sepuluh minit ke Jalan Xiaohezhi mengatakan bahawa lokasinya sangat baik; perkhidmatan meja penyambut tetamu sangat baik, wanita muda dan wanita muda Adik saya cukup tampan. i had a great time there, the room was a perfect mix of Western and Chinese, fast check-in, great amenities, good window view, I'll give it 4.9 of 5 only because my room wasn't sound proof, other than that it was perfect 👌🏽

第一次體驗微信管家服務，真是太方便了！無論是訂餐還是預約叫車，衹需動動手指就搞定了，省時省力。房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，晚上還能安靜入睡。酒店的服務態度非常好，每位員工都很專業且友善。以後出差一定會再次選擇這家酒店，性價比真是槓槓的！

The rooms are very massive which was a huge bonus for my family of four. It was also very nice that they came with afternoon tea breakfast . There was an ample amount of food at breakfast--we did not leave hungry. The location is convenient because the subway is a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

Biliknya okay, kemudahan mungkin lebih baik. Apabila mendaftar masuk buat kali pertama, anda perlu mendaftar di tingkat bawah dan kemudian naik ke tingkat 18 untuk mendaftar masuk. Abang di meja depan mempunyai sikap yang baik. Saya pergi ke Kuil Yuewang hari ini. Sangat mudah untuk menaiki kereta, tetapi semasa Tahun Baru Cina, kesesakan lalu lintas adalah teruk, tetapi ia berbaloi untuk pergi.
