Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und funktional, gute Betten, modernes Bad - allerdings insgesamt nicht sehr geräumig. Für einen Kurztrip jedoch absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Der Weg zum Parkplatz im angrenzenden Parkhaus ist etwas abenteuerlich. Für Unternehmungen im Stadtzentrum ist die Lage optimal - Bahnhof, Kino, Shopping, Restaurants sind fußläufig super erreichbar.

Second time we have stayed here and have to say it’s a nice and well positioned hotel. Staff are super helpful. Just one warning don’t park your car at Q Park as it’s shut on Sunday so to avoid getting locked in like us use another car park if you plan to leave Sundays. Mandy at Reception is a diamond and helped us out big time so 5 stars for her service

We only stayed here one night, but it was a lovely stay that made a very favorable impression. We arrived in Hannover by train (not the original plan but thanks to Lufthansa's poor management, a plan we were stuck with) and were delighted to find that the hotel was just across the street from the station. Our room was very spacious and quiet and included a walk in closet and desk area, and the bathroom was over the top! There was a tv (with all my favorite international options) imbedded in the bathroom mirror , which let me watch the news while getting ready. Also, when you turn on the water in the shower, Classical music pipes in along with a colored light show! It's a bit Las Vegas-sy, but I loved it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had just enough options to jump-start our day.

Desk staff were always so friendly, on arrival our room did smell like cigarette smoke but of course this is no ones fault, the smell was fine with a window open, room was so bright, cozy & homey, parking was a little on the expensive side but there is parking on the street for a smaller fee

Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung. Wer das Hotel bucht, weiß dass es nicht trendy ist und ja, es hat patina. Zimmer 212 im 2. Stock war sehr groß und geräumig. Doppelbett etwas hart, aber für mich genau richtig. Amenities, Kühlschrank mit 2 Wasserflaschen kostenlos. Badezimmer mit Badewanne, geräumig. Zimmer zur Straßenseite war ruhig, kein Straßen oder Schienenlärm. Frühstück wird im Parterre eingenommen. Großes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, welches auch immer aufgefüllt wurde. Von Aufbackbrötchen unter der Woche keine Spur. Filterkaffee sowie auch Vollautomat verfügbar. Der Espresso vom Vollautomaten war nicht meins. Allein in allem ein solides Hotel, sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Ich würde es nochmal buchen.

This hotel is at the central bus station called ZOB which is not the best area in Hannover. It is however very near to the city centre (Hauptbahnhof, Kröpcke). The parking is opposite in a public parking and ther is no direct connection. With a lot of luggage you can face some problems. We read previous reviews that staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful which we can confirm for when we arrived as well as had a question about parking in front of the hotel to load the luggage (advice: don't do it as it is strictly prohibited by the city, but the receptionist did not seem to be bothered by us or our request). However, when we left the hotel an older woman was at the reception and she was super friendly! The younger staff should definitely take her as an example on how to be in the hotel industry. We did not try any food there, so cannot comment on that. The rooms are outdated and only some are renovated, however, there are HUGE, which is a BIG pluspoint for us, especially in December with all the additional presents and what not.

Es ist zwar nicht zu einer Übernachtung gekommen, aber ich habe super Erfahrungen mit diesem Hotel gemacht! Auf besondere Anfragen im Vorfeld wurde sehr nett eingegangen und als ich aus familiären Gründen kurzfristig stornieren musste, waren die Mitarbeiter und die Leitung sehr empathisch! Das Hotel City Panorama liegt zentral in der Innenstadt von Hannover und ist vom Hauptbahnhof fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Der freundliche Rezeptionist erklärt alles Wichtige, schnell bin ich auf meinem Zimmer (Nr. 202). Das kleine Zimmer ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Fernseher und schnelles WLAN. Der Gast bekommt eine Flasche Wasser gratis und hat die Möglichkeit, sich mit Tee und Kaffee (Wasserkocher), ebenfalls enthalten, zu bedienen. Das Bad ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, vermisst habe ich hier nichts. Da das Zimmer nach hinten rausgeht, ist es auch angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet ab 7 Uhr reserviert. Mit 15 € ist der Preis für das Frühstück, an dem nichts auszusetzen war, deutlich zu hoch. Aber der Reisende weiss, das es gerade beim Frühstück in den letzten Jahren in Deutschland kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mehr gibt. Wer abends etwas essen möchte, findet in der Gegend mehrere Lokale, die man auch zu Fuß schnell erreichen kann.

Estuve 3 noches en este hotel y fue suficiente . Entre ls cosas buenas , quiero destacar la ubicación , frente a un parque grande y muy lindo , cerca de una estación de UBahn y si se prefiere caminar no muy distante del centro . El desayuno y el servicio del personal en el desayuno es muy bueno , se nota preocupación por el servicio , detalles como por ejemplo flores en las mesas . El salon del desayuno es muy bonito, muy agradable desayunar allí. Lo que no me gustó de este hotel : Llegué un domingo como a las 5 de la tarde , despues de haber viajado desde la mañana , quería comer algo y no tenian servicio de restaurant ni servicio a la habitación ,nunca me habia pasado en un hotel que no hubiera servicio a la habitación . Tuve que salir a comer fuera a pesar de lo cansada que venía . La habitación no me gustó , oscura de día y de noche ( mala iluminación , en las fotos no se nota lo obscuro) y con un olor no muy agradable. Da la impresión que no hacen bien el aseo, no se percibe una habitacion muy limpia. El resto bien , no fui al restaurant, así que no puedo opinar, creo que no siquiera fui a beber el welcome drink.

Lo único que falló fue que no tenía frigorífico y que había un par de arañas pero los techos son tan altos que casi ni las ves y encima te quita de problemas de mosquitos.
