Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und funktional, gute Betten, modernes Bad - allerdings insgesamt nicht sehr geräumig. Für einen Kurztrip jedoch absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Der Weg zum Parkplatz im angrenzenden Parkhaus ist etwas abenteuerlich. Für Unternehmungen im Stadtzentrum ist die Lage optimal - Bahnhof, Kino, Shopping, Restaurants sind fußläufig super erreichbar.

Just one warning don’t park your car at Q Park as it’s shut on Sunday so to avoid getting locked in like us use another car park if you plan to leave Sundays. Mandy at Reception is a diamond and helped us out big time so 5 stars for her service

We only stayed here one night, but it was a lovely stay that made a very favorable impression. We arrived in Hannover by train (not the original plan but thanks to Lufthansa's poor management, a plan we were stuck with) and were delighted to find that the hotel was just across the street from the station. Our room was very spacious and quiet and included a walk in closet and desk area, and the bathroom was over the top! There was a tv (with all my favorite international options) imbedded in the bathroom mirror , which let me watch the news while getting ready. Also, when you turn on the water in the shower, Classical music pipes in along with a colored light show! It's a bit Las Vegas-sy, but I loved it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had just enough options to jump-start our day.

This hotel is at the central bus station called ZOB which is not the best area in Hannover. It is however very near to the city centre (Hauptbahnhof, Kröpcke). The parking is opposite in a public parking and ther is no direct connection. With a lot of luggage you can face some problems. We read previous reviews that staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful which we can confirm for when we arrived as well as had a question about parking in front of the hotel to load the luggage (advice: don't do it as it is strictly prohibited by the city, but the receptionist did not seem to be bothered by us or our request). However, when we left the hotel an older woman was at the reception and she was super friendly! The younger staff should definitely take her as an example on how to be in the hotel industry. We did not try any food there, so cannot comment on that. The rooms are outdated and only some are renovated, however, there are HUGE, which is a BIG pluspoint for us, especially in December with all the additional presents and what not.

Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung. Wer das Hotel bucht, weiß dass es nicht trendy ist und ja, es hat patina. Zimmer 212 im 2. Stock war sehr groß und geräumig. Doppelbett etwas hart, aber für mich genau richtig. Amenities, Kühlschrank mit 2 Wasserflaschen kostenlos. Badezimmer mit Badewanne, geräumig. Zimmer zur Straßenseite war ruhig, kein Straßen oder Schienenlärm. Frühstück wird im Parterre eingenommen. Großes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, welches auch immer aufgefüllt wurde. Von Aufbackbrötchen unter der Woche keine Spur. Filterkaffee sowie auch Vollautomat verfügbar. Der Espresso vom Vollautomaten war nicht meins. Allein in allem ein solides Hotel, sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Ich würde es nochmal buchen.

We spent one night in this comfortable hotel just outside Hannover central station (10mins walk). Being HHonors Gold member, we were provided with a room upgrade to a nice, large and quiet room. The room and bathroom were very clean, but felt a bit dated, so a renovation would be very welcome. We are also not big fans of showers in a bath-tub, so a nice walk-in shower would have been better. Staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good as well, with a good choice of food and drinks, although it did get very busy after 9:00am. We would consider staying here again when next in Hannover, especially if the hotel is renovated.

I always strive to leave a review that covers most areas of an experience and this is no exception. We were traveling 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, in Harz. After a week in beautiful surroundings, see my review of this by following me, we decided to take an extra stop in Hannover. Because we didn´t wanted to drive for 7 hours straigth from our holiday home to Denmark with 2 tired children, and because we never visited Hannover. At first we had booked a hotel in the outskirts of the city, higher price, but a long trip to the center of the city, so we switched to Zentrum Hotel. We arrived early, so our rooms were not ready yet. However, we had reserved a parking spot for the car, so after a few minutes we could explore the city. Which is literally right across the street. From the location of the hotel, is several streets leading to the main pedestrian area, packed with great shops, affordable prices, street buskers and much more. We enjoyed the city for a few hours then went to freshen up at our rooms. We decided to split up, so my wife and daughter had one room, while my son and I had the other, The rooms were 405 and 406. Right at the top of the building, they were hot. Windows can open, but on a hot day, the room is too stuffed. There were 2 ordinary beds, super clean, very comfortable actually, a table, a chair and a wardrobe. There was also a fridge, but it was not clean. It was time to buy a new one. Shower head was broken, so half the water spilled out from the hose and onto the floor until we managed to direct the water at a different angle, so not to soak the floor. Held together with duct tape. A hose costs ~€3 so it´s a cheap and easy fix, guys. The hair dryer at the ladies´room, was broken, meaning it is one of those where you simply press the handle and it blows. However, the handle turned red and heated up, TOO MUCH, too quick and after a few second, my wife had to toss it in the sink. It is a disaster waiting to happen. The lift only worked up to 3rd floor, then we had to walk a flight of stairs to the 4th. Weird issue, fix the lift. Breakfast was €9 and was really good. Yes we would like to know exactly what the 4 different cheeses were, a simple sign would help, but plentiful breakfast. Hot coffee and tea, milk, cream, 3 juices, bread, croissants, hardboiled eggs, cold cuts, nutella, 5 different marmelades and so on. Good, cheap. Rooms were super quiet. Check-out was easy, staff is super friendly and the rooms are cheap. Drawbacks are the weird smell on the hallways, the flickering lights, the grime on the doorframes and lightswitches, the fridge, the water hose. The area can seem dodgy, there are beggars around but they are not a worry. We paid €160 for 2 rooms. Reasonable if the above items were fixed.

Das Hotel City Panorama liegt zentral in der Innenstadt von Hannover und ist vom Hauptbahnhof fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Der freundliche Rezeptionist erklärt alles Wichtige, schnell bin ich auf meinem Zimmer (Nr. 202). Das kleine Zimmer ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Fernseher und schnelles WLAN. Der Gast bekommt eine Flasche Wasser gratis und hat die Möglichkeit, sich mit Tee und Kaffee (Wasserkocher), ebenfalls enthalten, zu bedienen. Das Bad ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, vermisst habe ich hier nichts. Da das Zimmer nach hinten rausgeht, ist es auch angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet ab 7 Uhr reserviert. Mit 15 € ist der Preis für das Frühstück, an dem nichts auszusetzen war, deutlich zu hoch. Aber der Reisende weiss, das es gerade beim Frühstück in den letzten Jahren in Deutschland kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mehr gibt. Wer abends etwas essen möchte, findet in der Gegend mehrere Lokale, die man auch zu Fuß schnell erreichen kann.

Ich bin eigentlich nur hier gewesen, weil ich mit der Bahn gestrandet bin, das Hotel hat mich aber überzeugt, so dass ich hier definitiv nochmals übernachten würde, wenn ich mal in Hannover bin. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit (und gar nicht überfordert, obwohl sie recht vielzu tun hatten). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bequem, auch geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist parktisch (schön ist die nicht, was sich jeder vorstellen kann, der den Bahnhof in Hannover kennt).
