The location, facilities, and the service of the staff are all excellent. On the fourth floor, there was a swimming pool, table tennis table, and billiard table, so I could have a good time with my family and staff.

We stayed in the Hanoi Marvellous last weekend in interconnecting rooms. There are only 2 rooms on the 8th floor so we had the floor to ourselves. Our stay was excellent. The location is very central to the lake and the centre of the city. The staff are extremely helpful and give excellent information about places to see, transport etc. The rooms are large and very clean and the bathrooms are well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of fruit, breads, cereal, yogurts, juice etc as well as cooked eggs. The staff go above and beyond to offer help and hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great experience at La nueva boutique hotel. Especially thanks to the wonderful staff: Jenny and Jimmy. There were helping me before the trip ( booking for example the pickup at the airport), during ( booking a day trip to Nihn bihn and answering all questions ) and even afterwards ( keeping our luggage during our cruise in Lan ha bay after having done the check out ). We stayed too during the tet festival and it was great the new year eve dinner and the fireworks from the rooftop. Views were super from there. The room was fine, maybe not too big but the beds were most comfortable. Totally recommend it and would come back. It was only 5 min walking to the lake. Easy place too to be picked up for excursions.

Hanoi is one of my favorite cities in the world. The hotel I was accustomed to stay in closed due to pandemic and ensuing travel ban. As I prepared for my next visit to Hanoi, I asked some friends for a recommendation and I was told about a new hotel opening the Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa. There were two of us traveling and we booked two king rooms for nine nights and paid one half of the total bill in advance. One of the staff, Hoa, went out her way to help me plan the trip from USA to Hanoi by giving me her WhatsApp number. When we were notified that our planned flight to Hanoi was cancelled, still be cause of COVID travel issues. I notified the hotel and my refund was promptly processed. I appreciate the excellent service!

Had a great time here with my family, our first trip to Hanoi. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet war a big plus as part of our stay, excellent quality and food. Employees were very hospitable and professional. One stood out was Dung Le( I think that's his full name). His level of attentiveness and attention to detail was way above and beyond expectations since we have young kids that need extra help with luggage. He gave great suggestions to local palces to visit as well, seems to have great knowledge and experience in the industry. A small negative for the kids was a cold swimming pool though they swam in it anyway. Overall a great first hotel experience that sets the tone for our entire trip in HN.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

I had less than 24 hours in Hanoi therefore location was crucial. This place is perfect. On a quiet little street in the heart of everything which couldn't be more perfect. Lily is amazing! So so helpful. Room was perfect with super comfy bed. So clean and cosy. Shower was lovely and hot too. At such a cheap price, insane!!! What more can you ask for!! Xx

All very good. Excellent service. Lovely people. They went above and beyond to make me feel special. Mymy found what airline I was flying on internally when my travel agent failed to do so. The girls in the restaurant know how I love my eggs. They had unexpectedly run out of gas and had a fresh bottle coming ”any minute”. I poked my head in the kitchen and the chef was standing over a boiling pot holding the egg pan. THAT'S CARING.

The hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly they took extra care on us since we were new to the country, highly recommended hotel, the hotel has a great team, Giap the staff from front desk you took an extra mile to keep us very comfortable many thanks you have been very kind and polite may god bless you and your kids
