Hotel berhampiran Chu Ba Ngoc Grocery Store, Hanoi

We moved here after a terrible stay at another hotel and I am so grateful that we did. The service standards in the hotel are unmatchable. From the time you arrive, the attendants help you out of the car, check the car to ensure you do not leave anything. A receptionist ensures she shares everything with you clearly. The rooms are so beautiful that the gorgeous pictures you see are an understatement. Everything is sustainable and except for water bottles (understandably), there was no use of plastic in the rooms. They are super thoughtful and every single staff member offered the same level of exceptional service. One of the receptionists (I wish I hadn't forgotten her name), stayed with us while we waited for a grab and gave us lots of useful advice about the new year countdown and traffic. She was incredibly pleasant and caring. The breakfasts are all you can eat ala carte and everything we tried was exceptional. I have zero complaints about this hotel except that it is further from the hustle of the city. They do offer a very luxurious shuttle service at certain points in the day, so do check in with them. I would say its worth the travel distance just because this room is so beautiful and every little element was well thought through. I would stay here in a heartbeat. There are no shops nearby but you can grab food or snacks easily enough. Thank you for turning around our trip.

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.

It was one of my best stays in these 10years. The property gives us laid-back feeling with lake view from huge windows. People nowadays prefer to build up many stories, but this property has 8 layers. This low layered building makes us feel more comfortable feeling. It reminded us we were nature being. From the first touch was great. The club lounge personnel did hard work to meet our request of the room that I had asked them in a last minute. Ms.Sunny, Ms.Thu welcomed us with big smiles and Ms.Tram Le who is a loyalty manager came out to greet us in very polite way. I was really impressed. She is a very thoughtful person that she gave us 120% comfortable feelings even after checking out. She allowed us staying club lounge and spa area until our departure to the airport. (My flight was mid night)!! Everyone was great and kind in the club lounge. Ms.Sua, Ms.Thoa and Mr. Linh Do. They are really kind well noticed. Food was good but most of them are Korean food. If there were more Vietnamese local food, it would be nicer. Our room was beautiful. We were assigned to a suite room with lake view. It was spacious. Interior was calm and cozy. Amazingly, every single person working this hotel is very professional. I know how hard to hire such high-quality service provider nowadays but all of them are on very high standard. Swimming pool and sauna area was very nice. It took off our tiredness in a day. There was huge jacuzzi, sauna and shower room. The swimming pool was warm heated, and we could swim even at nighttime without freezing. The people working there were also very attentive with warm attitude. There is a very local town just in front of the hotel. You just get into a small street inside. It is so much fun to take time to explore there. You will see the local people life there. There are so many small shops like barber, butcher, Vietnamese noodle house, fruits shop, laundry shop, sinh to stand etc. I would like to be back this hotel again. Everything was really nice. If you are thinking where to stay in Ha Noi, I am sure this hotel is the best choice. とても素敵なホテルでした。働いている人、部屋、雰囲気、プール、サウナ、ジム、朝食、クラブラウンジ。全てにおいて平均値が高かったです。 最近ベトナムでは高いビルが流行りでどんどんホテルも高層化していますが、このJWマリオットはあえての8階建て。直前にインターコンチネンタルホテルの６９階に泊まってから来たのですが、この低層仕様がむしろ人間としてほっとする空間であることを痛感しました。また目の前が国際会議場で広々とした池が広がっているので、都市にありながらもリゾートっぽさも感じられ、リラックスできました。 部屋はジュニアスイートにアップグレードしていただき、朝食も本来ならばラウンジでとるはずだったのですが、JWカフェで食べてもいいよ、と仰っていただきました。 ステイを楽しんでほしいから！とチェックインを担当して下さった方が仰っていましたが、本当にその言葉通りすべてにおいて私たちのステイが良いものになるよう心配りを随所でしてくださいました。 ハノイの中心部からは離れていましたが、バイクを借りたので問題ありませんでした。バイクでバッチャンに行ったりオールドタウンに行ったり、西湖の周りを回ったりとかなり忙しく過ごしましたが、日中の街中の喧騒からホテルに帰ってきてリラックスできるギャップが私たちのスタイルには合っていました。 プールは温室温水で夜運動がてら泳ぐには丁度良かったです。サウナエリアも綺麗で、水風呂はありませんが氷の出る部屋（？）と巨大なジャグジー、シャワーの個室が4つとラウンジャー２つ。着替える場所も広く清潔でした。 クラブラウンジも営業時間が長く、プールサウナが22時までで、そのあと水分補給に立ち寄れるので便利でした。また子供の時間制限もなく良かったです。その代わりラウンジの雰囲気を保つため、スピーカーで電話をし始めた方にやんわり注意をしたり、トングを使わずに手でクッキーを取っている人にトングを使ってくださいね、とラウンジの方が優しく仰っているところにプロフェッショナルな姿勢を感じました。大人子供関係なく、きちんとマナーを守ってある程度の静かな雰囲気を保つためにホテルの方

During our recent stay, we opted for the family room and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort it offered. Here’s a comprehensive review based on our experience: Room Experience: The family room we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, providing ample space for our family to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the amenities provided in the room met our expectations for a comfortable stay. Location: Conveniently located, making it easy for us to access everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was nearby attractions, restaurants, or shopping areas, everything seemed within reasonable distance, which added to the convenience of our stay. Recommendation: I would definitely recommend for families or travelers looking for spacious and comfortable accommodations in a good location. The room size and comfort level make it suitable for families, and the convenience of the location adds to its appeal. Breakfast Experience: While the overall experience was positive, one aspect that didn’t quite meet our expectations was the breakfast. The quality and variety of breakfast options were not as impressive as we had hoped. We found that dining at nearby establishments provided more satisfying options for breakfast. Conclusion: In conclusion, our stay at was enjoyable and met most of our expectations. The family room provided comfortable accommodation, the location was convenient for accessing amenities, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in the area. However, for those particular about breakfast, exploring options outside the hotel might offer a more satisfying experience.

The place if perfect for us. Good location and acessible anywhere especially on Vincom mall. The apartment are so clean and it smells good. All the linens are freshly scented. We truly enjpyed our stayed in this apartment and will surely book again once we visit Hanoi city again

I stayed for two nights at Club Junior Suite. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room condition and staff service were impeccable. Especially, I was impressed with the service provided by Ms. Oanh, who tried to give the best service to my family. She well understood our needs and arranged everything to make our stay at the hotel comfortable and enjoyable. However, I am slightly disappointed with construction work underway during my stay. I was unable to fully enjoy all the facilities.

Room was nice enough but kinda old. Seemed to always be waiting for the lift. Noticed some marks/stains on the bedding, more psychological than anything else. Took away and didn’t replace our bathrobes. Shower/taps are so badly designed that they need to print instructions on how to use. Swimming pool is more like an oversized bath, don’t be expecting to do any lap training. Water was also so cloudy I couldn’t see past the length of my arm. Wouldn’t recommend it. Sauna and steam room instructions were also difficult to understand. Found a dead cockroach in the steam room. Showers in pool area felt dirty. We went back to our room to shower. Range of foods at breakfast wasn’t massive but sufficient. Staff were always friendly and well mannered. Convenience stores are within walking distance so buying water is not a problem. Also lots of eateries around.

What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

We really enjoyed staying here. We originally booked another hotel but due to the noise and other issues we had to change it and we’re very glad we chose Fraser Suites. It is located in very convenient location. Supermarkets are in the same building complex, there are numerous coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby and Old quarter and other tourist sites are quick taxi ride away. There is also a free comfortable shuttle service which we used couple of times. The room was modern, spacious and quiet. We slept really good in a big comfortable king bed. We enjoyed cooking a lot in well equipped kitchen and the washing machine was very useful for our longterm stay. We used a sky lounge on the top floor couple of times. Very nice views and great cocktails!! Due to the weather the infinity pool was not open but it must be really nice when it is warm out. The best part was the very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists, cleaning stuff, the shuttle drivers, bartenders and waiters, they made our stay very special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Spacious room, Good service. I had a room facing east, where the hot shower didn't work. So I reported on the issue for them to get it fixed on day 2 morning. Later that night, upon returning, I received a note and phone messages of apologies, informing their engineering could not fix the hot shower problem. Therefore, they offered a change of room to the north facing. Similar in size and better equipped with a bidet and warm toilet seat. Thank you so much
