Ulasan Golden Rooster Hotel

Wasnt keen on the no window / hallway window rooms so switched up to the palatial 401. Wonderful stay. Slept well, nice air con (and ceiling fan too). Emma and Anna are great reception staff, as per the other reviews. Breakfast is so tasty. Worth getting up for.

The room is clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Location is good also.

Service and location was excellent. Phuong and her colleague stayed up to 11pm to wait for us to arrive as our shuttle was delayed. Breakfast buffet changed each day and catered well to our needs with eggs as you like and chicken/beef pho along with all a very complete buffet. The premium room was a little smaller, deluxe room was just right. Ceilings would be a little low in the bathroom for anyone who is 175cm or taller. Shower water is abit unpredictable and shower gel or shampoo is unlabeled, but all your needs are there. Bed was very large and firm. Surprisingly quiet on the 5th level besides some typical background traffic horns. Highly recommend Golden Rooster.

The hotel is well located. The staff are super friendly and helpful. However, there were marks on the sheets of the bed and no safe for the belongings in the bedroom. The room is quite noisy starting from 6a.m. in the morning and I believe that it is because the room is right on top of the kitchen and the breakfast area. So be aware if you want to get some sleep before hitting the road for the journey.

It was great, the manager on shift went out of her way to help us pack our breakfast because our flight was too early and couldnt make it for breakfast. The room was really clean and bed was cosy. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was great! Would recommend!

We chose this hotel for its convenient location to get the early morning train to Kanchanaburi. It is 1km from the train station and there is a free shuttle service. Unbeatable rates. Very large room, super nice pool and always nice little gym.

Average for its price, I recommend you take a reputable hotel in Hanoi
