very good services, location and food for a small hotel. Recommended

The hotel is well located. The staff are super friendly and helpful. However, there were marks on the sheets of the bed and no safe for the belongings in the bedroom. The room is quite noisy starting from 6a.m. in the morning and I believe that it is because the room is right on top of the kitchen and the breakfast area. So be aware if you want to get some sleep before hitting the road for the journey.

It was great, the manager on shift went out of her way to help us pack our breakfast because our flight was too early and couldnt make it for breakfast. The room was really clean and bed was cosy. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was great! Would recommend!

スタッフが皆さん親切で思慮深かった。 ハンガーの貸出しリクエストや、チェックアウト後の移動手段などの相談にも応じてくださいました。 部屋に関して、アップグレードしてくださり、且つ今回のハノイ旅行で数箇所のホテルを利用しましたが、1番清潔でした。バスルームもいい香りがして、使い勝手が良かったです。 朝食は種類こそ多くはないですが、どれも美味しくいただけました。ブッフェとメインをオーダーできますが、フォーとオムレツ2つ(もしかしたらそれ以上？)も注文出来ました。 満足のできる滞在でした。 ありがとうございました。

豪華なホテルも沢山ありますが このホテルは　小さなですが コストパフォーマンスがとっても良く　 綺麗で清潔 ロケーションも抜群　歩いてハノイ観光何処でも行ける 朝ごはんもバイキングの他に　何種類かクッキングしてくれます ハノイは底層階の部屋は窓の無い部屋が多いですので お昼メインの方はぜひ窓付きに 次にハノイに来ても　泊まりたい

The staff are unbelievably friendly, especially Anna and Emma, ​​they give detailed instructions on how to get around the old town and organize unique tour programs at very special prices. The hotel room is nice and quiet, the breakfast is delicious and full, you can order more dishes. I recommend everyone to come to Golden Rooster hotel

Nice deco, breakfast was good, toilet very clean, staff is friendly.. one of them send us to spa with her bike.. they was really accommodating to our request ..especially during breakfast despite our language barrier😊😊 Definitely will stay here again..

Location: very close to the tourist destinations in Old Quarter including Hanoi Train Street and Notre Dame Cathedral. You can walk around the city center and you’ll find many shops, restaurants, cafes. It is along the road too so it’s easy to reach and access. Room: the room is huge with two queen beds, own private toilet & shower (maybe change the blinds to be more darker or something), a little balcony which you can go out, and other amenities. And the room is clean Services: the room comes with free buffet breakfast (many choices and delicious), and all day complimentary snacks, coffee & tea There is an elevator so you won’t have any issues with your luggages. You can ask their help too to book for airport transfer and tour Staff: this is one of their best assets - their very responsive (I have been messaging them prior to our trip), accommodating and helpful They’re all smiles and welcoming too. Overall, I can highly recommend Golden Rooster Hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi.👌💯

The Hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice, the breaksfast was delicious and the location was in the old city. The price cheap.The only thing to improve is that the room has just a window with interior views and it should be recommend to advice before booking

We spent 3 nights here during our trip to Hanoi. The hotel's location is perfect, in walking distance to all major sights in Hanoi. Our room was very clean and well equipped. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, they made our time spent in Hanoi even better. I recommend staying at this hotel!

Lovely place with kind staff. They gave me a cold towel and some free tea to freshen up. It was super yhelpful that they did a last minute laundry for me and they also helped me with my stay and giving me suggestions for exploring the city. Definitely recommend!
