A Coffee shop and a convenient store is nearby the hotel. Location of the hotel is easy to go any place in the city. Hotel room is big and clean. We need to have brwakfast at a restaurant 20 meters away from hotel, npt so many choices.

There was only one side table. The side table near the window might be broken and had been removed but not replaced. Thus it was very inconvenient as the small items like handphone and drink had to be put on the floor before sleep, and could be a hygiene concern.

The location is a little far from the Old Quarter, but it was a great stay. The staff was wonderful. They were super sweet, leaving me a cake in the fridge for my birthday. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Hanoi.

This hotel is like home feeling. Staffs are friendly, internet is good, nice gym and swimming pool with sauna. I always come back here whenever I visit Hanoi. Lately I see many group tourists checking in, which is a good sign for the hotel.

The room type is apartment. It is comfortable for a family to stay here as a complete facilities to cook the food. The location is in the down-town of Ha Noi City and easy to travel around North. Vietnam. But thee towel smells not so good maybe caused by eco-friendly treatment.
