Great Japanese business service apartment. All the Japanese appliances, food on breakfast are pretty closed to the food when I live in Japan's hotel. Public bath (Onsen) is great as well. Especially the customer, since most of them are Japanese, the hotel is very quite and comfort to stay. Which is way way better than the one I usually stay (Grand plaze) next to it. But the Big C look quite close to the hotel but no direct route to go. It took me 15 min to walk from hotel to BIg C.

It is really good experience to be living in this hotel. Room space is not such big but it is warm feeling.

good CLEAN facilities, missed the Japanese Onsen but breakfast was like dining in Japan. Love the service and courtesy from the staff

Absolutely very happy to have selected that apartment hotel to be my place to stay in Hanoi. The staff is extremely friendly and I absolutely have nothing to complain. The breakfast is good too. Especially the miso fish is extremely good. There’s a Japanese twist in everything and it feels very much like a hotel in Japan but it’s a good thing.

Japan restaurant good wifi and clean but scolded by the japan guest for talking on the phone during breakfast !
