Cozy hotel with very accommodating staff. Room are spacious, complete amenities, and well-maintained. Breakfast buffet was just right! Good stuff to choose from!

location was amazing, once you exit youre right in the central of hanoi. we we able to walk around as it was very convenient and has great access to many food and sightseeing areas. overall, will book this hotel again if im coming back to hanoi !

Nothing wrong with the hotel. It is in the middle of old quarter, and this I was a problem for me. Hanoi is just not ready for tourism yet, poor infrastructure, horrible pollution, and worse of all, there is no place for pedestrians to walk. If you walk, you always have motorbikes speeding at you in all directions at all times. Walking through each intersection is a life and death challenge , no kidding here, old quarter is the worst. Maybe in 5-10 yr things will improve? Who knows.

It was easily accessible to the old town, and although the room wasn't large, it was clean, and the service from the staff and the quality of the breakfast were satisfactory.

This was my first time using this hotel. I couldn't speak either English or Vietnamese, and I was traveling alone, so I was a little nervous, but the hotel staff were smiling and explained things clearly and carefully, which I appreciated. The facilities were fine, it was clean, and I couldn't find anything to be concerned about. The location is also good, and I would like to stay here again if I go to Vietnam. The hotel was disappointing. I don't understand such high ratings in booking systems. The hotel is not cozy, the rooms are small and inconveniently elongated. But the saddest thing is the towels, which, apparently, were not changed after the previous guests or they simply forgot to wash. But when you get out of the shower, you take a towel from the shelf, and it is all in lipstick - it's disgusting.

The hotel is in a strategic location. The front desk guy is polite, polite and provides attentive service. It's very close to the bar street, and it's very convenient to eat out at night. I'll stay here again next time.
