The hotel is comfortable and quiet, the room was huge. The receptionist is quite helpful

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for five days, and our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out to us was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the receptionist. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, helped us book tours, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her friendly and professional demeanor made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our stay. I will always go back there anytime am in Hanoi.

More of a studio apartment than a hotel room. Despite having a kitchen I wasn’t allowed food in the room which was very inconvenient as I was ill during my stay. I was informed that breakfast was included however after taking breakfast on the last day I was asked to pay for it. In the end the cost was waived due to the misinformation

Reasonable price hotel, amenities are old but clean. Room is large and has a big balcony.

Hotel is nice but the room wasn’t very clean / AC unit was very weak

Vị trí đẹp phòng nhìn ra cửa sổ rèm che yên bình yên tĩnh nhân viên thái độ tốt tuy nhiên!!! Mở cửa tủ bếp tủ quần áo ra có mùi rất hôi, phòng có mùi ẩm, trang thiết bị tuy cũ nhưng phòng rộng và trời ơi!!! Sao k có vòi xịt toilet vậy! Có vòi mà bật k ra nước, sos, áp lực nước yếu, điều hoà tiếng ồn, wifi có như không đến gửi tin nhắn cũng không thể gửi được.

房間非常之大，很漂亮，還有很大陽台，沙發，床非常舒適，很安靜，唯一不足就是早餐太差

Emme päässeet pelaamaan biljardia sillä pöydän päällä oli kaikkea tavaraa. Biljardihuonetta käytettiin siis varastona. Kuntosalilla oli ihan ok tehdä reeni. Huoneessa ei käynyt 3 päivän aikana ollenkaan siivoojaa. Ilmastointilaite piti todella kovaa ääntä eikä lämpötila-astetta ei pystynyt säätämään.

I’ll start with reception- they were half asleep - the two bedroom suite was horrendous - the second we walked in it stinks I think the fridge was broken - WiFi did not work - closets had mold and were smelling and I didn’t want to put my clothes in there - no towels no soap nothing, DO NOT TRUST nice pictures on ******* or Google it’s not true - that’s why I booked it because the pics looked amazing - I stayed there 15 minutes enough time to cancel my booking and changing hotel- it is a dump- please update pictures put the real pictures online - I didn’t even check the pool or gym the room was so awe full I had to get out and I’m not a princess type person but basic hygiene and a towel is a must to mention the place smelled really bad - I couldn’t wait to get out - place reminded me of the show “locked up abroad” typical place where men are looking for adventures …sorry I didn’t take pics I just wanted to get out don’t trust the nice pics and yes it’s cheap but you get what you pay for -

GRATE HUGE SPACE APARTMENT ROOMS WITH ALL FACILITIES.. SWIMMING POOL AND CLUB HOUSE ARE ADDED BENIFIT. NEAR TO INDIAN RESTORANT DALCHINEE. IF THEY SERVE INDIAN BREAKFAST LIKE UPAMA AND POHA THEN THEIR WILL BE HUGE DEMAND FOR THIS HOTEL FROM INDIANS
