Great location, near to old quarter. Great breakfast selection. Front desk staff and restaurants staff was friendly and no problem with English. Highly recommended.

The room looks the same as pictures, very clean and comfortable. The service is good. The swimming pool is nice and clean for swimming. The breakfast is very nice which beyond our expectation. The restaurants there are great, nice decor, great service. I highly recommend guests to have a drink at the rooftop bar, nice view and environment, there was live music at the rooftop bar as well. The location is good too, which is just 30mins drive from airport.

Our stay at Le Jardin was clean, quiet and comfortable. This was just what we needed after our stay at a noisy hostel shortly before. We did have a less than satisfactory experience at the bar, but the manager was extremely kind and understanding and he offered a refund for our drinks the very next day. The only issue that we had with that room was that the hot water for the shower (and corresponding tap) only lasted for about 5 or 10 minutes if we were lucky, which is not great if you need to take back-to-back showers.

They are in a good location to visit the old quarter and several tasty restaurants around. It’s a good choice for visitors who travel to Hanoi the first time, because hotel staff are well trained and prepared for offering you all the information you need.

Situated at a quiet quarter near the West Lake, the hotel is near the attractions in town. Classic decoration and cleanliness offers a comfortable and cozy ambience. The staff are very helpful and checkin is very quick. Breakfast is provided on the top floor which has a birdeye view of the lake. Tasty food to my satisfaction. A nice boutique hotel!

This 4* hotel had the best, top service. Always going out of their way to ensure that our was was comfortable. The food at breakfast was prepared with passion and full of flavor. The staff were attentive and friendly. I was really impressed and I rate them 5*

Great hotel, the breakfast is amazing and has so many options. Staff were nice and friendly. Christian told as a great place to get delicious local spring rolls. Only complaint is the cleaning staff are noisy in the morning and the water in the shower isnt always hot.

It's quite a good hotel with a perfect location, rooms are colonial style, nice view from the rooftop. There's a small gym on the 11th floor (like 2 thread mills and an exercise bike) and a swimming pool on the 12th. Good breakfast with a variety of egg dishes and even beef noodle soup. Very convenient location, can reach Ba Dinh Square in 20-30 min on foot.

My stay at Le Jardin was an absolute delight from start to finish. The service provided by the staff was exemplary, with every member going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a guest.
