A really lovely and well appointed hotel in a great location. The room and ensuite were clean and spacious. The TV has digital services like Netflix. A wide selection of choices was offered for breakfast and you could order other items from the kitchen like banana pancakes or bacon omelette. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Lucy was so helpful in booking our cruise to Ha Long Bay, sorted our laundry service, booked our taxi to the airport and even changed our last night's stay to help us enjoy our cruise. Would highly recommend staying here and will book again in the future.

Facilities: Very new hotel. Hygiene: Quite clean Environment: Excellent location. Lhasa is convenient for eating and drinking nearby Service: The staff is well trained. Say hello to everyone. Breakfast: Very good breakfast. Late night porridge: there is porridge to drink in the evening. Lovely. Lovely. I'll stay here next time I get a chance. Worth recommending

Hotel located in center of old quarter. It is busy area. We booked hotel due to its location. Even if its only one night, they provided us opportunity for checking-in earlier and storage luggage options during full day trip to Ha Long Bay. Breakfast is not many options but taste is good Staffs are helpful

Hotel staff are friendly and polite. Speaks English. Buffet breakfast is a mixed of east and west which we enjoyed. Location wise is excellent.

Highly recommend, best location and food store around. It's all in walking distance. If you're a walker, it's a good walk to Train street. Along the way at night there are many nice bars around too. Good service and they are very friendly and helpful, hotel providers tour around Ha Long, Ha Giang, Ninh Binh, just check with the staff. I recalled thatI left behind my travel bunny and managed to get it back after 2 weeks from the hotel. Kudos for keeping my Bunny for me. Thank you Tony for giving me the utmost service during my trip in Vietnam. Last things to highlight, the coffee shop next door is wonderful too.

Location: 3.5/5: was alright: Old Quarters.Noisy at night and morning. Facility In Room: 2/5. The shower tap did not have strong water power. The running water was super weak and you would be frustrated for such low quality. The bathing room and toilet all packed together. You would not believe it is a one year old hotel. Cleanliness: 2/5 greasy Breakfast/buffet: 1.5: options limited, quality was average.

A wonderful stay in Hanoi at the Vacanza Premier Hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and the beds even more so. As a bonus, having a smart TV connected to Netflix was very nice, especially if you have children. The staff was relentlessly helpful. I would highly recommend staying here the next time you visit Hanoi.
