Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Hanoi

This hotel is really great and convenient. The staff is very nice and the facilities are good (gym, sauna and pool). I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a good, peaceful place in Hanoi. The lake is not far and you have a lot of good restaurants around.

A fabulous stay. We booked an executive studio for 5 nights, and it certainly did not disappoint at all. It was fully equipped with everything that you needed. We had a smart tv,a washer dryer, and a fully fitted kitchen. The breakfast was plentiful and a wide selection. The breakfast was included in the price we paid. On the 4th floor there is a gym, sauna and steam room with a massive swimming pool. There is a Korean restaurant and a golf simulator. For children, there is a large soft play area. There are some local things to do within 100 metres of reception.

The apartments in the picture do not correspond to reality. We had to climb to the 5th floor on foot along a narrow staircase. The room looks very tired. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street from the room. There are huge problems with hot water - you have to wait 10-15 minutes for it to finally run 🙃 but it can remain barely warm :) There is no hood in the toilet... all the moisture from the shower goes into the room. The staff is very diligent, trying their best to resolve all problems. Help with luggage up to the floor, good daily cleaning. But they don't have disposable slippers - in the room there are ordinary plastic slippers that look like they're already a couple of years old. Breakfast is good. Good selection of buffet. But it’s from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 9 there’s practically nothing 🥲 Juices are heavily diluted with water

It's really very good with grand lake view, huge room, clean even with natural wood floor, love it!

Hanoi Elite Hotel is good for the price you paid. It is near to the busy street of old quarter and many other attractions. The staffs are accommodating, speak good english, and assisted us greatly! Not that spacious but good for your short stay in hanoi. Downside, no elevator.

Clean and good location, many cafe shops around. Grocery shop nearby as well.

This hotel is like home feeling. Staffs are friendly, internet is good, nice gym and swimming pool with sauna. I always come back here whenever I visit Hanoi. Lately I see many group tourists checking in, which is a good sign for the hotel.

ベトナム初日のお部屋。あこだから2泊で予約（6400円）！徒歩1分すぐに大きなお寺（入場400円）があります。15分ほど歩くと電車のフォトスポット。 20-30分歩けは旧市街や湖があります。 こっちのほうは落ち着いていてうるさくないところが好き。 付近に24時間コーヒー屋もあります ノイバイ空港からここまでの料金は深夜でしたがグラブで1800円くらい。 アメニティはコーヒー、お茶、水、フリーのソープとシャンプー、歯プラシ、編様、シェーバー、有料のドリンクです。 室内は清潔でエアコンも、水圧も良い。 この時期のハノイの夜は少し冷えるのでシャワーがすぐにお湯が出てくれてよかったです。 受付の方も優しい！ WI-Fiは受付で聞いて自分のフロアのものに繋ぐこと、通信も快適でした。 喫煙希望出したら部屋目の前に灰皿があって最高でした。全く匂いも困らない！
