MM470361****Staying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!

MM807833****Absolutely fantastic, definitely a five-star review! The lobby is sumptuously decorated, and it's super close to Sunac Land, which makes for a great environment. The blankets even smell like they've been sun-dried, and the room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet. It's incredibly clean and hygienic – truly a home away from home. 🌹🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

BBeiyaguodetuimaoAs a 'southern sweet potato' returning to Harbin after two decades, the Ritz's outstanding service completely changed my impression of the Northeast. I've fallen in love with it! The Northeast truly is a warm and welcoming place, and choosing to stay at the Ritz this time was absolutely the right decision. During my stay, Harbin had its biggest snowfall of the year. I might have gotten a bit too excited and slipped and fell 🤣🤣. When I got back to the hotel lounge, one of the ladies there immediately boiled an egg for me to take to my room. And when I got to my room, I found she had also prepared Yunnan Baiyao (a traditional Chinese medicine for injuries) and a large bucket of ice for me. I was so touched, I absolutely have to give them extra points! Five out of five stars isn't enough to express how much I appreciate their service. I'll definitely be back to Harbin, and I'll be staying here again!

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

GGanxiebuwanmeidezijiMy son and I celebrated New Year's Eve, had a close encounter with reindeer, and even watched the fireworks from the Ice and Snow World from afar... It was perfect!
The hotel service was absolutely 100 points. Old Wei, who was in charge of arranging the car fleet, found us a driver (I forgot to ask his name) to take us to the entrance of the Ice and Snow World when we couldn't get a taxi. 👍 The driver was worried it would be inconvenient for me to get a taxi back with my child alone, so he gave me very practical and feasible advice... Another driver, Master Wang, was incredibly warm and thoughtful. When he took us to the airport, he was worried we'd be cold, so he considerately dropped us off in the underground parking garage... Five-star rating!
So grateful for the experience!

MM527464****The owners, a husband and wife duo, are fantastic and very welcoming. They helped us save a lot of trouble throughout our stay, including with ski passes and transportation. The hotel is located right within the ski resort, making access to the slopes very convenient. Hotels in similar locations are much more expensive, so this place is very budget-friendly, especially for students and those looking to save money. Highly recommend.

OOjufurenkaHarbin in winter has an amazing atmosphere. The perfectly uniform, massive parking lot, luxurious and spacious rooms, and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that are perfect for enjoying the snow views were all excellent. The thoughtful service from the Guest Relations Manager, in particular, made us feel so warm and welcomed. We'll definitely come back to Harbin Marriott if we get the chance. ❤️

MM484526****After getting off the high-speed train at Yabuli West Station, transportation options are very flexible – the public bus is a budget-friendly 5 RMB per person, or a taxi for a fixed 50 RMB is hassle-free, making it easy to reach the hotel.
My first impression upon arrival was excellent: the front desk staff were polite, the hotel lobby was grand, and the guest rooms were spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff would greet us with a 'good morning' and even brought a small fruit platter, showing thoughtful attention to detail.
The dining experience was a constant surprise! Breakfast and lunch are both 68 RMB per person, usually included with most rooms, and you just pay extra for additional guests. The food selection was very rich; there were 10 hot dishes alone, seven or eight cold dishes, plus salads and soup, offering great value for money. I particularly want to praise the dishes: the sauce for the 'Da Lu Mian' (noodles with thick sauce) was incredibly fragrant, and the wild vegetables were very distinctive – the chef's skills are top-notch. What moved us most was our last meal; we wanted to try a 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) with a freshly slaughtered live chicken, and the hotel thoughtfully accommodated us. They can arrange whatever you want to eat, which is amazing!
The service in the bathing and hot spring areas, to say it's 'meticulous' is no exaggeration! You just use your room card to exchange hand towels based on the number of people to enter. The staff in the bathing area were exceptionally proactive: they would patrol back and forth, and if they saw an empty hook near a locker, they would proactively bring a towel to hang there (there were also thoughtful hooks installed on the wall). When we were changing, if they saw us with phones or personal items, they would immediately ask if we needed help with a bag for our phone, a towel, or clean clothes. Every time we entered or exited the bathing area, they would proactively offer a towel, and communication was always very timely.
The service in the hot spring area was even better! As soon as I got out of the hot spring pool, seeing my towel was wet, a staff member immediately handed me a dry one; tea was refilled instantly when it ran out. When we went to the wave pool area, they would prepare towels in advance and remind us to quickly wrap up as it would be cold after getting out of the water.
Not only that, but the service in the sweat steam area was equally heartwarming! Whenever we passed by the sweat steam area, staff would proactively come forward to ask if we needed anything, such as 'Is there anything I can help you with?' or 'Would you like to find a place to rest?' They actively paid attention to guests' movements throughout, never making anyone feel neglected. The level of detail was consistent with other areas.
We were incredibly well-looked after throughout our stay, whether in the bathing, hot spring, or sweat steam areas. The warmth was in every detail, and the experience was truly exceptional!
Wang Min from the hot spring area, Jiang Guiling from housekeeping, Wang Guixiang from the bathing area, Wang Junfang from the dining area, Ms. Wang from the wave pool area, and the lovely young ladies at the front desk are all part of our unforgettable memories.

The hot spring water is hot, but the indoor temperature is low. It is hot in the water, but cold when you come out. There is a swimming pool, and the water temperature is low. You have to go to the hot spring pool after swimming for a while. There are not many people, and the outdoor pool is very good.
In summary, the hotel room is big, clean, and the bed is wide. The outdoor hot spring is clean and has many choices. The indoor hot spring area is a world of ice and fire. The restaurant tastes OK, and the consumption is civilian. There are sweat steaming rooms, rest halls, free pumping for swimming rings, and renting large ducks on the water for 20 yuan, which is a real surprise.

FfslimaiWe drove off the highway and had dinner before heading to the hotel, which was probably close to 8 pm. The front desk immediately upgraded me to a suite and even kindly helped me carry my luggage to the room. After putting down our luggage, we changed into our swimsuits and bathrobes and went to soak in the hot spring. We went out to take a look at the outdoor hot spring but came back because it was windy and the water was only 37 degrees Celsius, so we went back to the indoor pool. The hot spring water is heated from underground water, so it closes at 9 pm. The water in several pools was only 37 or 38 degrees Celsius. Brown sugar ginger water was 5 yuan a cup, and bath towels were also 5 yuan, so I just wrapped myself in a bath towel and went back to the room to shower. Breakfast was one serving per person, with a wide variety of options, and we couldn't possibly finish it all.
