The Hotel is quite okay nice rooms, unfortunately a bit smelly siphon as often could happen in China, the staff is very kind but not english speaking fluently, paying with credit card is possible, because of the Corona situation a lot of things weren’t open but the time in the hotel was relaxed. The hotel is very close to the historic Main Street you can walk 10min and in the middle of Harbin Downtown live with bars malls shops restaurants etc.

做為一名土生土長的哈爾濱人，離開哈爾濱已經20年了，這次帶小孩個回來，入住璞硯酒店，給我的感覺很驚喜。酒店的地理位置非常好，就在松花江邊，臨近防洪紀念塔，中央大街。酒店中式風格裝修設計，寬敞明亮，佈局合理，床品非常舒服。早餐品類豐盛，大堂有茶水和飲品提供。辦理入住的時候前台的服務讓我們感覺很温暖。酒店服務效率很高，客人的要求都會盡量滿足。此次入住璞硯，非常值得！這次旅行一共停留了7天，哈布斯堡住了2晚，其他5晚都住在璞硯了。2個酒店服務都很好，但是如果從地理位置、房間舒適度來看，璞硯更盛一籌，來哈的第一選擇～絕地是璞硯，重點推薦，被低估的酒店！

Hotel ini adalah hotel paling jimat yang saya tinggalkan sejak beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini. Ia benar-benar mudah untuk keluar dan tinggal di sini. Terima kasih banyak atas semangat dan perhatian Mingxu. Xu sangat berhati-hati untuk membantu saya memilih hotel dan memanggil kereta untuk saya. Di samping itu, kemudahan bilik tetamu juga sangat baik, terang, luas, dan hiasan adalah novel, ***a Eropah, dan nisbah prestasi harga keseluruhan adalah baik. Ia hanya dua atau tiga minit berjalan kaki ke Central Street. Terdapat banyak makanan ringan berdekatan dan pengangkutannya sangat mudah. Ia adalah kira-kira 30 minit memandu dari lapangan terbang. Pakej stik di restoran hotel juga sangat bagus. Perkhidmatannya sangat mesra. Mungkin kerana hotel kuno. Untuk masa yang lama, air panas. Sarapan disajikan di bilik bawah tanah wain berusia 100 tahun (Roman Holiday Film) hotel dengan beberapa jenis tetapi stik goreng dan telurnya ok.

Saya adalah astaka mewah tempat ayah saya membawa seorang gadis keluar untuk tinggal. Pertama sekali, wanita di lounge eksekutif sangat bersemangat. Dia juga membantu gadis saya mengikat rambutnya dan menyelesaikan masalahnya. Saya amat bersyukur kerana tidak mengingati namanya. Terdapat pelbagai jenis bufet di tingkat satu! Tetapi masalahnya sangat menonjol: 1. Bilik terlalu kecil, dan kebersihan tidak boleh diubah sama sekali. 2. Kalis bunyi tidak bagus. Ia jelas pada telefon pada waktu pagi di sebelah sanitasi. 3. Jika mandi hilang, lama dan tidak bergigi, jangan tukar, mandi sangat tidak selesa, dan kepala pancuran masih tetap. 4. Tidak ada persegi kecil di dalam singki, dan tuala mandi tidak mencukupi. Pelayan berkata bahawa pembasmian kuman tidak tersedia. 5. Dobi dikatakan dihantar ke Shangri-La, Jiangbei, kedai ini tidak boleh mencucinya, dan ia mengambil masa lebih daripada 20 jam. 6. Katilnya kecil dan bantal tidak mencukupi. Hanya ada dua dan saya perlu meminta satu lagi. 7. Walaupun bilik-bilik itu semuanya lama, sofa itu sangat kotor dan saya tidak berani duduk di atasnya. 8. 先説不足：1-房間夠用，但是並不寬敞，2-房間隔音效果不行，3-最大的問題是廁所沒有排風扇，冬天都開的暖氣，沒有排風系統真不行。 再説優點：1-位置絕對，出酒店左轉中央大街，右轉松花江。是旅行者最佳選擇。 2-服務熱情，基本有求必應。前台幾個小姐姐推薦的當地餐廳都不錯，推薦給我酒店對面的安德烈西餐廳口味不錯，性價比很高！3- 酒店早餐在同級別酒店算菜品豐富的。我訂的是含早餐的，攜程寫的兩份早餐，但是酒店也沒有收取小童的餐費，所以就憑這條 就必須給五星好評！ 總之，這家酒店值得推薦！

If you want to stay on Central Street, this hotel is a great choice. There are lots of shops and restaurants around you with in walking distance. It’s roughly 10 minutes away from the nearest train station however getting a taxi is just around the corner. The staff didn’t speak English, if any very broken yet it’s not a deal breaker, because all you have to do is hand them your passport at check-in. The room had everything you would need or expect from a highly rated hotel such as a kettle, hair dryer, tv, etc. Feel rest assured that the rooms are well insulated too. We had -32 degrees outside in the evenings and didn’t feel cold at all. The biggest let down was the quality of the bathroom. The shower head didn’t spray water very well and the shower door had to be fixed during our stay as the water sealant ***** was loose, thus water kept running on the bathroom floor. The hotel is showing its age but not chasing be away. Yet its not the newest hotel, definitely one of the best placed. One highlight was the breakfast spread. I booked my room with breakfast included and I’m glad I did. There was freshly baked goods, fresh fruits, eggs and meat, some Chinese dishes and some cereal. Glad to have been able to leave the hotel in the mornings with a full stomach.

酒店就在中央大街上出門就是防洪紀念塔，地處繁華街段去哪裡也都很方便，吃飯選擇也很多。房間裏也很乾凈，旅遊淡季還給升級了房型江景到了晚上外邊也很安靜並不吵鬧，睡了一晚好覺。下次出來住還會選擇這裏滴呦！

This hotel located at Little gems at the happening street of central street. It’s so convenient and I got a good rate when reserve on this hotel. No need to book with breakfast and it’s not attraction. Also breakfast only available at 7:30am-9:30am with little things. Opposite the hotel has cafe and Russian food which you can enjoy. Next to hotel also got a nice local restaurant.

At the reception nobody spoke English (if you're already used to it not a big surprise). The hotel is really clean, really nearby (less than one minute walking) to the pedestrian area. The nearest stop of the underground is quite far but there is plenty of bus stations. Right next to the hotel there was an area with some activities to do on ice (skating, snowmobiles, sledges...). The room was clean, as well the bathroom. In the room the temperature was perfect, but still it was possible to change it.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

在我們離開酒店的時候，我們行李箱老損出問題，大哥大姐特別好，都幫我們想辦法，也幫我們解決了，環境衞生都很好，打掃衞生阿姨都很有效率，上哪吃，哪裡好吃，都可以問前台小姐姐，真的非常感謝這幾天來對我們的照顧， 設施：配置都很齊全 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：環境都很不錯，位置也好 服務：每個東北人的熱心腸是刻在骨子裡的非常好

Suasana keseluruhan bilik, termasuk hotel, masih baik, gambar-gambarnya cukup bagus, dan sikap perkhidmatan wanita muda di meja depan juga sangat baik. Disebabkan saya tergesa-gesa semasa mendaftar keluar, saya kehilangan kad bilik saya kemudian, dan kemudian saya perlu membayar 30 yuan untuk bayaran kad bilik.

房間很大，非常適合家庭入住。3.5×2.5的榻榻米超級大，躺五個大人完全沒問題，帶着小月齡寶寶也不怕孩子掉下床。配套設施齊全，微波爐、電磁爐、做飯用具都有，還可以給寶寶做輔食。出行便利，下樓就是中央大街。安全性很高，門崗師傅超級負責任。家人們一致好評。
