Where do I start? You get a private studio villa with shaded, secluded courtyard, exclusive separate entranceway, professionally cleaned and tidy separate guesthouse style accomodations with full bathroom with modern contemporary shower with hot running water, fully functioning toilet, and pedestal sink; fully articulating mounted flat screen TV, kitchenette w/ full size compact refrigerator, the latest technology super COLD A/C and powerful freestanding tower fan, outdoor shower and rinse off station, Valuables lockbox/fully mounted safe; convenience every day items such as body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, a set of clean fresh towels, full and complete bedding with fluffy pillows, sheets, and fleece blankets all included with stay, there's even a mini bar with cold, cool, crisp local canned lager beers, and full sized bottle of specialty chosen red wine for you comfort and convenience! (with addt'l cost, but absolutely small fee if you decide to take advantage of the convenience!)
If you fly in to the local Int'l airport VAR they will even have a taxi-shuttle pick you up and even drop off at the end of your stay upon request!
The property is nestled into a clean, quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from the main transportation roads, just a few steps away from a delicious pizzeria with outdoor covered patio dining, and a brisk walk from the lively town centre with convenience stand tienditas, Italian indoor dining restaurants, burger joints, hip and mod to more traditional European style cafe's, dessert and pastry eatery shops, gas station, and the municipal local hospital less than a 12-14min walk away. It's all literally down the street!
The beaches with their crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches are only a lovely stroll from the town center where you will gander past small parks/sitting areas, the local concert venue and event center, and a clean and deep river where you can enjoy fishing or a large park to enjoy a lovely picnic or sunset!
The gracious host and lady of the property will make you feel at home and ensures that you have all the convenience to make your stay pleasurable and enjoyable! Sra. Lourdes does speak basic English and is an educated woman. Very receptive and considerate. She has a professional housekeeper come weekly to clean and tidy up the villa where the bedding, blankets, and towels will be refreshed. The housekeeper is automatically called in again after every stay. The property and accomodations are spotless and all the details and extra touches made me feel right at home!
