Saya mempunyai beberapa isu di sini. 1. Bawah katil tak berapa clear, untuk lain kali tolong clear juga bawah katil. 2. Air panas bukan tagging, tak tahu nak tukar air panas dulu dan jumpa mesti belok ke kanan bukan kiri macam biasa. 3. Bilik lokasi. Saya tinggal di tingkat 3 blok B. Lif ke lobi jika rumit, mesti ke tingkat 4 n kemudian tukar sisi untuk naik lif ke lobi. 2 kali saya sesat. 4. Kolam renang, saya bertanya kepada kakitangan di 1 kafe, dia gagal memberi arahan untuk melawat kolam. Saya juga membawa bayi dalam stroller, jadi sukar untuk menggunakan tangga kerana ia salah arahan.

Walau bagaimanapun, hotel ini dalam keadaan buruk dan sangat memerlukan pengubahsuaian. Ia juga mempunyai bau hapak, sesak dengan ramai pelancong Cina Malaysia semasa lawatan saya. Penghakiman: Tidak akan datang lagi, tidak layak mendapat 4 bintang melainkan baik pulih keseluruhan bangunan.

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

I booked two nights in Hat Yai traveling as a solo female. I booked the night before I arrived and everything was perfect. The location is quite good as you can walk to most places. I walked to the Central Festival shopping mall (and took a taxi back because it was raining). The room was really big and very beautiful! Everything was very clean and I even had a view over the city. Great clean and spacious bathroom. A small fridge with a good cold temperature. The pool is nice and because of low season I had it to myself. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. At breakfast today the owner even walked around and introduced herself. Lovely. Only thing a little poor was the breakfast but I think it’s because it’s low season and not that many guests. Will definitely recommend!

It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

住在這樣乾淨、新式的現代風酒店裡，我真的忍不住要稱讚它了。對我來說，最好的加分項是停車位很充足,大概7 - 11個(僅僅隔壁就這麼多),附近還有很多餐館(有的是清真餐館)酒店的咖啡屋做的咖啡真的太棒了！現代風裝飾的房間很乾凈,你還可以盡情地選看電視頻道。大廳和房間裏的無線網可以免費用，信號穩定!從合艾的市中心到這裏衹需要10分鐘。來這裏坐嘟嘟車就很方便,工作人員非常友好。尤其要感謝喬(他可能是經理)非常關注客人的需求,而且提出的建議也特別有用。:-)我以後在合艾選酒店肯定就按這樣的標準來選了!強烈推薦!

We arrived at 7.45am after a 14 train ride from Bangkok. The hotel were kind enough to give us a 9am check in. Plenty of time to enjoy some street food breakfast before resting. Big & clean room with a comfortable bed & decent a/c. Staff friendly & helpful thought, took care of our transit booking to Koh Lipe. Very good location with plenty of food nearby & a short Grab ride to some nice bars for the evening. Second picture at Swan Pub, also recommended. Definitely come back here next time in Hat Yai. Very good value too. 👏👏👏

Although the building and amemities are dated but the room is very clean. They also do room service everyday. The staff are very friendly and helpful too! Conveniently located. The hotel style is my favourite. The room is clean and nice but I don't like the toilet and bathroom that is in the same space of bedroom. In addition , the lift is weird haha, it closes quickly but not a problem. However, overall is nice;staff, location etc. It is another impressive hotel in Hat Yai.

Menggunakan TV pintar tetapi gagal menyambung dengan wifi hotel. wifi pun lambat. urut : urut minyak untuk 400 THB. tetapi saya mendapat tukang urut yang agak ceroboh. dia memiringkan kepala saya dengan kasar. dan mengelap badanku dengan kasar . tetapi tangannya begitu kuat dan dia tahu di mana dia harus fokus untuk mengurangkan otot saya yang tegang. kakitangan yang bijak sangat baik. mereka membenarkan kami meletakkan bagasi kami di hotel mereka kerana kami tiba awal. supaya kita boleh merayau dengan selesa.

We requested for 2 twin and 1 double room 1 week before our arrival date via email, the hotel confirmed our request but no specific room provided when we arrived. Room was not sound proof, you will hear other customers talking loudly when they walk pass your room, don’t stay here if you have sleeping problem. Make sure you check room items EVERYDAY because When we check out we were forced to pay 100 baht for a missing face towel, we didn’t even use any face towel while in the room. I believed house keeping must have forgotten to replace them…I would have rather save my luggage space for my shoppings in Hatyai rather than taking their old face towel! The location was average, it is close to Lee Garden but you will need to walk thru a long creepy car park and small laneway to get to the Main Street. Overall quite a dissatisfy stay while in Hatyai. Will not stay here again or recommend it.

Location is good，hotel ground floor so warm because they provided tables and chairs, travellers can enjoy their dishes together at ground floor, or chill as well. But my room air conditioner was so bad, not cool at all, size of the room was perfect, enough space. Cleanliness need to be improve, my room have some ant. Overall, recommended. Oh ya, for those who drive car, car park is behind the main entrance. You may park your car there and there is a door for yours to enter the hotel lobby, no worries

Hubby and I just wanted a short vacation is southern Thailand without too much hassle and traveling. We chose to stay in city center and required a comfortable reasonable priced hotel which was easy access to the two night hawkers, temples and the four famous markets which sold local products and wares. We found VL Hatyai after reading the numerous reviews. Our room was on the 11th floor with a great view of the city and it was spacious and clean. The twin beds and pillows were very comfortable and a kettle for making coffee was provided. A large TV with various English, Chinese and Thai channels were provided and we even had a fridge and hair dryer which were unusual for the price we paid. Due to the comfort we decided to stay 5 nights and ventured to tour outskirts of Hatyai on day trips to the Floating Market and Stainless Steel Temple.

If you want to break your long journey while going to Koh Lipe, then Casa 33 seems to be the best place in Hat Yai. We arrive at Casa 33 at around 10ish in the morning from a long flight journey. The check in time is 2 o clock, but on request they were kind enough to give an early check-in. The room was really clean with a work desk & big bath tub. The only drawback of the room was that it was on the first floor adjacent to a common passage & hence you can hear sounds of people incase they are talking loudly. The lady at reception desk helped us book PakBara Pier-Koh Lipe common taxi which was around 600 Baht for two people (including luggage). The cafe there serves very good desserts & tea, we had the jasmine tea & french fries & it was really nice. We wanted to break our long journey before departing to Koh Lipe & hence we stayed at Hat Yai for one night. We visited the Buddha Statue giving amazing views of the Hat Yai City from the top, the Asean Night Bazar which had good shopping options at a bargain. There is nothing much to do @ Hat Yai & you dont find many tourists & the locals dont speak English & hence its really difficult to communicate. Grab Taxi is very efficient as we booked it three-four times at Hat Yai. In all a very good experience at Hat Yai & a must stay in Hat Yai is Casa 33. Cheers, Parth
