The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so kind and friendly. They helped me so that everything went very smoothly. Amy was especially kind and helpful. She ensured that I had everything I needed. I will certainly be visiting again

酒店位置優越交通便利，地鐵站出門很近有一百米左右就走到了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員2007服務好，很主動，熱情，提出的問題可以及時解決，早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。 空調噪音有點大，後來工人説是水冷空調沒辦法，建議下次給贈送耳塞，要不然休息不好。

在希萊住了好多天了，很滿意的一家酒店，房間寬敞乾淨，落地玻璃窗，淋浴間衞生間配置都很到位。最方便的是酒店的位置，就在安農大地鐵站附近，環球金融中心的商業設施齊全，肯德基老鄉雞麪包店超市……都有，各方麪條件都很好

1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

整體比較滿意。老牌的五星酒店了，和新興酒店比，在房間設施上有差距，但是在其它方面完勝。 設施：床墊床品舒服，燈光設計合理，雙床房每個床都有1.35帶娃不擠，睡得不錯。健身房和游泳池好評，有氧區地墊都很乾凈。關鍵是開放時間夠長，好像是7點多到11點，照顧了早晚鍛鍊的需求。 衞生：衞生尚可，房間地毯無異味，有浴缸好評，熱水秒熱水量大且温度適宜。 環境：位置不錯在政務區核心，風景很好，窗外就是天鵝湖。 服務：服務不錯，對於反應的問題響應很快。送入住水果牛奶和玩偶，連住四天也是真的送了四天而不是入住那一天，老實孩子😂 早餐：早餐種類很多，該有的都有，而且每日都會有調整菜式，對得起星級。餐廳夠大，滿房也基本坐的下，補菜很快。 缺點：1.老乾部風格的裝修。2.地毯.牆紙會有衞生死角。肯定不如地板牆面好搞衞生。3.湖景房下面是下沉隧道入出口（圖2），晚上噪音大，冬夏不開窗户問題不大，但是春秋開窗的話很吵，建議酒店配備耳塞。4.處於地鐵站中間，走路過去有距離。

酒店房間很好，面積中規中矩，各個功能分區也都比較合理，房間前台給升級了房型，帶有浴缸，晚上泡個澡非常舒服，緩解了一天的疲勞。酒店員工服務意識也很到位，前台辦理入住介紹的全面到位，早餐種類和口味都非常贊，因為我是老合肥，他家的早餐比較符合我的口味，尤其是豆腐腦很地道，下次還要來吃。非常好，總之值得推薦一下的。

多次入住，每次都是特別愉快的感受體驗。恆温泳池，健身房，特別人性化的服務和口碑一直好的自助餐，構成了入住的基本理由。結合周邊交通，商業業態及酒店綜合性價比，作為攜程資深點評專家，攜程旅行家，特向集團客户，商務客户和個人遊客推薦入住，並給五分好評！吃貨們注意看啦，高速開元隔壁有一個安徽餐飲的老品牌同慶樓，鮑魚紅燒肉，蝦滑湯，還有小籠包，一定要去品嚐一下！感謝前台小美女倩倩，和餐飲部的崔倫經理！我還會回來的！
