Hotel berhampiran Panorama Haarlass/Dachsbauweg, Heidelberg

This hotel is absolutely lovely - the reception area is pristine and modern. Although our room wasn't quite ready on check in because the hotel was sold out, we were able to leave our luggage here and begin our visit to Heidelberg. We dealt with 2 girls at reception, both incredibly busy but incredibly helpful. I couldn't praise them enough. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous too, with so much to choose from. The rooms were spotless and clearly newly decorated. Everything was to notch - I couldn't fault it. The rooftop bar is worth a visit too - a little expensive, but the views are fabulous. Be warned that it gets super busy (as expected) if the weather is nice.

We were so glad to see this fully renovated hotel open in time for our visit to the Heidelberg Christmas Market (original opening date was projected for the end of December). The Hilton Heidelberg is an incredible facility, surpassed only by the amazing team working to provide the best possible experience! We have never been so graciously welcomed by so many on the team, including the General Manager, Remmie. Margarita and Katerina took great care of us during check in and were even able to upgrade us to a Junior Suite - what a welcome surprise! After settling in to our room, we had the pleasure of meeting Lubeth in the Executive Lounge who took care of every need and made us feel so welcome - always with a smile! The management team is definitely committed to hiring the best, but they are also clearly committed to leading by example. Vladimir (the restaurant manager) made a point of introducing himself and checking to be sure we were enjoying our stay and Sonja was so gracious when we were visiting the restaurant. Brent stopped by while we were in the Executive Lounge to be sure we were enjoying our visit and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Tim (a Heidelberg local) took time to share some of his favorite spots around town, as well as the hotel amenities and make sure we made the most of our time in town! I cannot remember another hotel stay where I could name more than 1-2 people on the staff - this team truly made us feel welcomed and valued! Thank you for a such a great experience!

We had two separate rooms and we received an upgrade on one of them. The hotel is located next to the train station and the rooms were new, nice, clean and quiet. The check-in was ok and the check -out went smoothly as expected. All together a nice place.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

Tolles Hotel mit guter Zimmerausstattung wie Wasserkocher und Minibar. Außerdem eine Sauna und ein kleiner Fitnessbereich.

Al meerdere jaren zo af en toe gast in dit hotel. Gevoelsmatig zeg ik dat het qua service en kwaliteit niet in de lift zit. De ontvangst is vriendelijk, de kamers hebben alle zaken die je nodig bent, voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Toch zijn er een aantal punten van kritiek. Het is blijkbaar niet meer mogelijk on 's avonds in het restaurant te dineren. Dan de airco op de kamer. Bij aankomst op maandag was het warm in de kamer. Dus, airco op stand koelen, thermostaat naar 15°C en airco aanzetten. Daarna naar een restaurant voor het avondeten. Bij terugkomst op de kamer was de temperatuur nog verder gestegen en bijna 30°C. Enig onderzoek wees uit dat de airco gewoon bezig was warme lucht de kamer in te blazen. Dus, airco uit, ramen open.

Nur eine Nacht, jedoch sehr erholsam. Die Betten sehr bequem mit qualitativ hochwertiger Matratzen ausgestattet. Fenster sind zum Selberöffnen. Das Bad zweckmässig, jedoch sehr sauber. Die Lage, mitten in Wiesloch, gut gelegen, um die Umgebung zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir waren zufrieden und würden gerne wieder hier übernachten.

The Leonardo at Heidelberg-Walldorf was a wonderful find in a pleasant location. (It’s the one on Roter Str., not the one nearer Heidelberg.) It has everything you need for a weekend stay or for FRA airport (90 mins away). You do need a car to get there but parking is free. The rooms are large and have a small fridge, a safe and air-conditioning. There’s a TV with many international channels. The wi-fi is good. I found the bed very comfortable. In summer there’s an outdoor pool, which has a shallow end and is very suitable for children. There’s also an indoor pool, which is 1.5m deep and has no shallow end. Children need to be closely supervised there. Near the indoor pool is a sauna. There’s a bar, which isn’t always open because of the lack of local staff. However, the restaurant will serve drinks. The staff in the restaurant are wonderful, especially the host and hostess, who take great care to make sure that all the customers are well served. Since the restaurant is very popular, dinner reservations are essential. Breakfast is also essential. I really can’t think of anything that this hotel lacks for a nice relaxed stay.
