It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. Do note there is no bellboy service (which is common in Europe) so you have to push your heavy luggages yourself. The breakfast was superb.

超級市中心！訂基礎豪華房感覺就很好，因為是內部景觀房！特別安靜！很適合睡覺！房間很温馨也不算小，北歐之行唯一有拖鞋的酒店，如果還要去其他地方建議帶上拖鞋！ 酒店出門就是世界上最便宜的LV，可惜在裝修不開門！酒店後面就是著名步行街。酒店步行範圍可以到達所有景點。比如百年市集一定要去吃！百年咖啡廳在酒店斜對面，ekberg的布達佩斯奶捲要走一段距離，白教堂紅教堂步行可達，港口碼頭步行可達。 注意要是去塔林的西碼頭就很遠了一定要看清是哪個碼頭。 設施：房間內很新感覺翻新過，一切都很好！酒店的房間走道是真的老舊沒翻新感覺！但是酒店大堂也很oldmoney 老錢風格，服務人員都很熱情一直會打招呼，有問題都會及時解決！ 酒店一樓的餐廳很好吃晚餐建議吃，趕上芬蘭國慶節吃的國慶套餐不錯！不過市集好吃的更多！ 酒店的早餐也是在一樓很豐富！自製的很多，基本都很考究好吃！ 總體推薦住豪華房！

Prime location in the city centre. However, the amenities are worse than other hotels I’ve stayed in Helsinki and come at a cost (ie. Sauna and gym) when other hotels offer them for free. Breakfast is OK but I’d suggest skipping and buying something nice from the various options nearby in the area. Asked for late checkout and was told it would cost 10eur per our, which is ridiculous considering other hotels usually offer a few hours up to a certain point for free. Good hotel for its location but quite pricey and you don’t get too much out of it.

We had a great stay at hotel, It is nearly 1.2-1.5 km from main railway station in town, you can either walk or go by bus to reach the hotel. Google maps is the best thing for bus timings and all. The hotel rooms were very good, clean and has all the facilities we need. The breakfast was good and has lot of varieties including vegetarian options. You can either go to market by walk and if it is snowing it is better to take tram. You can take day pass for all public transport which will be cheaper as well as free you from hassle of buying tickets every-time. The city is beautiful and hotel was also beautiful and comfortable.

Overall I was satisfied with the location and the comfort of the bed - which for me is the highest priority. I liked the pillow spray as an extra amenity - and the receptionist didn’t hesitate to give me more of those. The staff was kind all the time. Two things that can be improved: 1) The sauna could be cleaned more often, 2) more coffee in the room!

評價裏大部分人都給出了不好的印象，一開始我也比較緊張，衹訂了一天，如果這一晚的體驗很差的話就再去別的地方住，但是事實證明這是一個不錯的地方，緊挨碼頭和教堂，步行三分鐘即可到達一個很多輕軌都停靠的站台。我第一天因為身體不適所以麻煩前台小哥給了我一個偏僻的房間，他還貼心的給了我耳塞，但是那晚非常安靜。而且浴室裏也有沐浴露和護髮素。第二天我去前台詢問價格想要續住，意外發現現場預訂的價格比trip上的高出不少。酒店大廳寬敞安靜，有等候可用的座椅以及行李儲存區。唯一需要注意的一點是窗簾並非完全遮光，如果睡眠質量差建議你帶一個眼罩。

This place hands down is an absolutely unique experience on its own, to voluntarily stay in a prison haha. The staff was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful with any requests we had. We were staying there to celebrate New Year's Eve and they recommend it lots of great places to go. The hotel/ prison itself was amazing just to be in. The restaurant downstairs had exceptional food for dinner and breakfast. Will definitely stay longer on our next vacation. The hotel is within walking distance to the center of the city as well as the Capitol building. The location is perfect if you want to celebrate New Year's Eve festivities which are held in the plaza outside of the Capitol building. Unforgettable time!

Love this hotel!! Stayed at Helka a few times and keep coming back whenever we are in Helsinki! Lovely rooms, clean with Finnish design, tasty breakfast with lots of options, great location and so nice staff! We’ll definitely come back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Hotel Haven has a great location on the waterfront, with easy access to numerous shops and restaurants, walking along the water, taking the ferry to Suomenlinna, and a ＜10 minute walk to the University of Helsinki metro stop and central train station. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is both convenient and has a great selection of foods.

hotel is situated in a quiet location with plenty of accessible supermarkets. It is not close to any tourist attractions but Kammpi and the city center is close if you take the train. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Generally, hotel is clean. The only problem I had was that shower in my room drains very slowly and water leaks outside the shower area.
