Our rooms were in another building attached by a glass covered bridge and the nostalgic lift will make you feel like you are in a movie. The King and Family rooms are spacious for 2 and 3 persons respectively, and the breakfast spread is SPECTACULAR!! Don't take my word, go try it yourselves!!

Wonderful large, pleasant bedroom and large, well equipped bathroom (two sinks, large tub and walk in shower, bidet). Very good breakfast buffet with hot foods cooked to order. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Pleasant. very large lobby bar with limited food, sometimes used a waiting area for tour groups (not good). Centrally located in good area. Can walk to many shops, cafes, and a small harbor. One of our favorite hotels.

Breakfast is OK but I’d suggest skipping and buying something nice from the various options nearby in the area. Asked for late checkout and was told it would cost 10eur per our, which is ridiculous considering other hotels usually offer a few hours up to a certain point for free. Good hotel for its location but quite pricey and you don’t get too much out of it.

This place hands down is an absolutely unique experience on its own, to voluntarily stay in a prison haha. The staff was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful with any requests we had. We were staying there to celebrate New Year's Eve and they recommend it lots of great places to go. The hotel/ prison itself was amazing just to be in. The restaurant downstairs had exceptional food for dinner and breakfast. Will definitely stay longer on our next vacation. The hotel is within walking distance to the center of the city as well as the Capitol building. The location is perfect if you want to celebrate New Year's Eve festivities which are held in the plaza outside of the Capitol building. Unforgettable time!

Overall I was satisfied with the location and the comfort of the bed - which for me is the highest priority. I liked the pillow spray as an extra amenity - and the receptionist didn’t hesitate to give me more of those. The staff was kind all the time. Two things that can be improved: 1) The sauna could be cleaned more often, 2) more coffee in the room!

They have prepared everything that a traveller needs, stay in without any worry. Kitchen was really great with all kinds of kitchenware and free tea, coffee, dairy. Laundry room is another highlight. Storage room is available before and after check out with the door pin, everything is self service, ease to plan for your trip and time. Highly recommended for everyone

Booked this hotel for the convenient location. Few minutes from train station, sea front, shops and main tourist sites. I arrived late at night and was not sure about it at first. The reception area is in the bar/lounge and I thought I had booked a hostel. Rest assured the rooms are very nice and comfortable, breakfast is delicious and staff very nice and helpful. It’s descent value for money also. Only thing for me is that there was no desk in my room, so I went to the lobby to work. Highly recommending this slight quirky hotel overall.

The location is really good, which is why i picked this hotel. Front desk people are really nice and helpful. The hotel itself and the rooms are old and kinda raggedy, it wasn't the cleanest of place as hairs could be found all around the room and there were some random pieces of a pearl jewerly on the floor. Cleaning is every 3rd day unless requested otherwise. Breakfast was good and there were enough options. For the price point i was expecting a lot more of the rooms but all in all it was a decent stay. :)

The rooms are brand new, every detail is thought out & top notch: the hangers in the towels, body lotion, steamer on the shelf, capsule coffee machine in Standard room, blackout curtains! All of these details really matters. The hotel is located right in the downtown area in walking distance to every interesting location you would like to visit. We had a fantastic Xmas dinner in the hotel restaurant: excellent food & serving! Did check out the welcome corner with flavored water & very tasty jellies – this is something incredible!.. The table football is located right in the lobby – it was real fun to play after perfect dinner! Special thank you for staff member Mira & the blond guy at FO desk – they are wow! We’ll come back definitely! See you soon Radisson Red!
