Our hotel rooms are getting smaller as we travel out of Paris. This was a nice place, clean, and right next to the motorway with no visual restaurants nearby. Looked to be sandwiched between the motorway and the residential area. We did have an included dinner with our tour and the meal was so so. We then had a nice breakfast the next morning. Nothing too elaborate but enough to get you going for the day of travel.

We stayed here for 2 nights for our trip and luckily it was just to sleep. The room itself is small, no window apart from a little door overlooking the car park and no AC in Julys hot weather. The bunk bed was unmade, even though they knew we had a child. The bathroom too was small with no ventilation and the shower was just a shower head what would collapse depending on the water pressure - lovely black mould on the ceiling as-well. Dirty toilet brush, and thin / used towels. Bed was ok, 1 postage stamp size pillow provided. This room just reminded me of sleeping in a vault under ground - look around before booking.

The room is clean although really small. Beds are comfortable. However, there is no a/c and the heater or ac unit doesn't work. No kettle . Hotel has a restaurant in theory, however on arrival there is a notice telling you it is closed until the end of August 2024. The hotel is on an estate with no near facilties. This means if you want to eat you need to drive to the centre of Caen or nearest shopping centre. Breakfast is OK but not brilliant.

Firstly the best bits. The beds and bedding were very good. The water hot. Breakfast good. Now the bad bit. Our group were denied an evening meal. There were no restaurants or shops within walking distance. Was told can't cater for groups! Now I've stayed in many hotels over the years and never encountered this. After early starts and a packed day it would be nice to freshen up and walk downstairs to a nice meal. Looking at previous reviews it seems this has been a problem for years. I'm surprised a firm like Leger would use such a place. Finally, for a hotel of this size the lift can only take 3 people with luggage at a time-and that was a squeeze.

We stayed for 1 night in a family room on the first floor. One of us is a wheelchair user. The hotel has ramps, disabled 'access' whatever that means. What it hasn't got is a lift big enough for a wheelchair. It is about 1 metre x 1 metre. You have been warned !

Stayed here as a stop over before getting the ferry back to the UK. I can say i would not go back. Unfortunately the area in which this hotel is situated did not make me feel safe at all. The hotel rooms looked nothing like the pictures advertised, very basic although was clean however due to needing some TLC makes it look unclean. The TV in the room has for some reason had all british channels wiped off. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, very very basic. Stayed in another budget hotel at the beginning of the week which was a lot nicer and alot cheaper.

Good convenient location. Reception asst helpful probably because the restaurant would not be opening, very disappointing and shame we could not have been told beforehand particularly as we had been on road all day! 10 mins from Port

I was a little nervous when I entered the hotel. I was not sure to expect. This is not some 20 floors high hotel. The staff was efficient and friendly. So nice! The room was clean. I stayed three nights and each day I came back to a nice, clean room after work. I would stay again. There are not many restaurant options in walking distance. However breakfast and dinner is available. There is also a nice bar with a selection of adult spirits and non alcoholic beverages.
