I had stayed for 2 days and there were issues with booking and since it was fully booked they had to overcharge me but then the Staff was polite and they tried their best to extend the support. Srujana at front desk was very helpful and she also allowed late checkout as my flight was at later time. The Rooms were spacious, the cleaning Staff Piyush & his team did excellent job. The breakfast buffet was good... Event hough the menu was quite same for 2 days but it will take us more no of days to try all the options. I personally like the Frenchtoast. We didn't have much time to explore or use their other facilities. Over a Great Experience!!!!

Regarding room cleaning it’s the best thing you could get in the hotel with a special thanks to Mr. Vinayak and the assistant housekeeping Mr. Shinde. Restaurant a lot of choice for breakfast maybe we could reduce the quantity and focus on quality and avoid asking ***y times for a filter coffee for example. Checking was good and could be improved and be sure about the checkout date to avoid mistakes.
