Our Couple Short Vacation here in UK was perfect-- hotel was the best starting point for first-timers like us! All walking distance to center of action and tourist sites-- Big Ben, Eye, Abbey, etc. Shops and restaurants are abundant-- all around is commercial high end location-- but so many affordable places to go too and really safe feel everywhere. The staffs are all helpful and pleasant. Currently under renovation so hopefully the place would even look more upgraded after the constructions. Price: Good Value: Good Location: Excellent Highly recommended 10/10 We will be back!

Really nice welcome from staff both at the concierge desk and reception. Even a glass of sparkling wine on arrival in some lovely cut glass 'vintage' style glasses. I'm not normally a sparkling wine fan, but I enjoyed this one. I'd love to know what it was but I forgot to ask! Room was very nice, and based in the more modern 'Barlow' wing. Not quite the historic side of building alas - felt very much the servants quarters of the hotel! But room had charm still, and everything is of an incredible quality. Also in the room was a really lovely postcard with a welcome message on it, and a St Pancras themed chocolate bar, utilising some of the mosaic patterns from around the hotel and station in its design. I especially liked the 'hidden' plug socket on the bedside table, which was in the perfect place for my overnight charging stuff. It was also delightful having a very large round dining table in the room, it was nice to grab lunch downstairs, bring it back to the room and eat it at a proper table whilst relaxing in peace and quiet. The windows in these rooms do not open, unfortunately. It would have been nice to have had at least a vent option available to us, but the A/C did keep a fairly consistent temperature. Platinum benefits ended up being a slight room upgrade, and late check out. It was originally 3pm, but I checked again in the morning and 4pm was now possible due to some early checkouts - this was a huge relief as that extra hour meant we could have a much more relaxing day as it timed perfectly for our onward travel. As a platinum member, I was granted access to the chambers club. Wow. Simply wow. What a space! Easily the best lounge I've visited. Absolutely super, the staff amazing too. I was just sad I only really got to experience when it was just about to close for the evening, and the breakfast, and not any of the famous early evening selections. At the time of writing (March 2023) the Chambers Club is open from 0700 to 2200 with Breakfast from 0700 to 1100 weekdays, 1200 on weekends. The evening service is between 1700 and 2000, and Hors-d'oeuvre are served from 1730 til 1930. (It is self-service between midday and 1630). At breakfast the next morning a bountiful supply of anything you could think of at a breakfast buffet. The only disappointment was the eggs. I think a kilo of butter went into every batch. But. I’ve yet to find a single luxury hotel that does scrambled eggs correctly at the buffet so I cannot judge too harshly. And when that D'Longhi toaster goes to 'small electrical appliance heaven', I hope it gets replaced by a Dualit. I went on a self-guided walking tour of the hotel in the morning too with help from some of the staff by way of directions. The highlights being; The grand staircase, which is an engineering wonder in itself and worth the climb, And on the 1st floor you are rewarded with the painting of The Garden of Deduit by the Scottish artist Thomas Wallis Hay. تجربه فريده و جميله سنحت لي الفرصه اخيرا للاقامة في فندق مندرين اوريانتل هايد بارك لندن في اوخر شهر فبراير الماضي و كانت بالنسبه لي تجربه لا تنسى كل ما فيه مميز من الموقع و قربه من المحلات و المجمعات التجاريه و المطاعم العربيه و المشهوره ، الاستقبال و استلام الغرف كان سريع و موطفات الاستقبال متعاونات جدا و موقع الغرف مطل على شارع نايتسبرج ، الفندق فخم جدا و ديكور الغرف كلاسيكي جميل و كل الخدمات ممتازه جدا احب ان اشكر كل فريق العمل في الفندق و ان شاء الله لن تكون التجربه الاخيره شكرا

Fantastic location, where it is centralised to walk around the city. Very convenient to be just next to the entrance of an underground station. The room was cosy, the bed was comfortable. The only issue is the bathroom in our room. Water leaked out of the shower area, leaving the entire bathroom wet each time we shower.

What a stunning Hotel. Extremely classy and a pleasure to stay at a hotel that is not only in an amazing location but beautifully presented. Sparklingly brand new looking decor.

Luxury hotel. Great staffs. Next to tube station. Great location in central London. Excellent quality English breakfast. Complimentary hip-hop river cruise. Highly recommend.

Love the Marylebone neighborhood. Lots of nice shops and restaurants and when the weather is nice, you can talk everywhere. We walked to Selfridges from the hotel too. there's the tube nearby that gives easy access to the airport, but we also took lots of buses that runs right by the hotel. Would stay there again.

酒店非常具有歷史感，整體的裝修也非常不錯，但是房間沒有任何熱水或者咖啡機，非常不方便，前台的行李員非常熱情，但是辦理入住的一位先生非常令人失望 酒店屬於高端酒店，地理位置很好，酒店裡有著名的酒吧和餐廳 房間打掃也非常的不到位，不是沒有放廁所紙，就是忘記淋浴的底墊，總而言之感覺管理不善

Wonderful gem. They have a mildew issue on one end of the hotel. They switched my room promptly. And the service was excellent. Beautiful appointment in the room. They do add 15 pounds service charge daily to your bill (optional). A bit weird to not tell people upfront. Because the staff was nice and space very pleasant I paid it. Better to build it in to the price? Or tell one upfront. Would highly recommend and visit again.
