Ulasan Nicecy Boutique Hotel

I would ratevthe hotel 2.5/5. No exhaust fan in the toilet. I booked for 7 days in a row, hoping not to change other hotel, troublesome to keep again luggage, yet the hotel arrange me to a very far hotel.

The night staff waa not cooperative at all. Upon asking for an extra blanket we were ignored because their warehouse wasnt open. Same happened with the water too

The lobby look nice but the room seems to be a bit cramp. I love the city view at level 11 restaurant. This is where breakfast is served. The staff are friendly and helpful Overall, a good location and few minutes walk to Ben thian market.

We had a short stay at Nicecy hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and most importantly convenient! Near tourist attractions and walking distance. Also, Very near Ben Thanh market. Their breakfast has limited choice but it was good! Roast pork was good. However, don't expect so much from cleanliness. I would say it's at an acceptable level considering this is a budget hotel. Cheers.

Reception staff service - excellent & friendly. Strategically located within walking distance to most of the attraction (5 - 20 min walk). Room is clean and relatively spacious. Unfortunately, sound proof wasn’t that good (can hear clearly sound from the street below). Bathroom design wasn’t that thoughtful - the whole floor areas wet during shower, shower head angle can’t be adjusted (need to hold by hand) and the only power socket is partially block by mirror. Decent breakfast, with mostly local delicacy. There’s a massage center located at basement. Good service and reasonable price. But no discount for hotel guest!

The receptionists pay attention to the guests really well and they try to remember the faces of the guests who are staying, which is really great for service industry. Always ready to assist the customers with their luggage and always ready to open the door for customers. They speak English perfectly fine. And the housekeeping lady was so cute and kind even though she doesn’t know any English, she always asks me if she can enter my room to clean (we just communicate with that “do not disturb” card lol). Queen room is actually spacious. I enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was really impressive for me. They serve different dishes everyday from local dishes to English breakfast. Their noodles are really really good. I made the right choice adding breakfast to my booking. The only thing I want them to improve is to educate the housekeepers to knock before they try to open the door for cleaning. Besides that, everything was perfect. I hope you all keep this attitude and be on top in service industry. I think I’m gonna stay here again next time.

Booked Nicecy Boutique because its near ben thanh market and the 'malaysian street' - like just few minutes away . For muslims especially that want to find a hotel that is nearby halal foods, Nicecy is a convenient and nice hotel to choose(you dont have to choose a hotel that is directly opposite the halal foods area but instead, just few minutes walk if you choose any hotel that is outside the street) However, we do need to take few steps up the stairs to enter the hotel but it is still recommendable, even for elderly(except those with difficulty to climb up) I booked this room for the space, based on the photo but in actual, its slightly smaller but its still spacious for 2 paxs though . The suite is clean and have almost everything in the room except iron board(i didnt need it anyway so its not a problem during this trip) The bathroom is complete with full toiletries too . We can also watch netflix via our own acct . We couldnt find the 'do not disturb' sign, hence the housekeeper came everyday to clean and topup the necessary . They changed the towels everyday too . Appreciate it actually . 👍 My booking came with breakfast, however i managed to dropby once due to busy schedule . The breakfast is a non-halal concept but you can still have simple breakfast of bread, cereal and such but you can skip the breakfast option in your booking if you think its not worth . The reception staffs can speak english well so do not have to worry if you have anything to enquire . They are friendly and helpful too . 👍 Overall, its a wonderful experience here . A simple hotel... can improve in toilet & towel cleanliness. Near Metro.

The hotel is not clean ,it’s really old and the toilets is broken,the staff is polite

Hello, I loved the place, the service was very good, the person in the lobby was very friendly, the breakfast was very delicious.😋

There were 3 roaches in the room. Room is not clean and had yellow markings

I like the location. One street away from the bustling Ben Thanh market. Food and convenient store around the corner.

Good for price but the air-conditioning is not very cold need service or need to change is better
