Hotel is super clean. Layout and amenities are functional. Location not the most ideal but everywhere is reachable via Grab. Helen, the receptionist speaks English and is super helpful

The room is very clean, all receptionist very kind and helpful specially Hillary, Queenie, peachy and Helen 😍

No tissue in the room, location is not so convenient. However the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Location quite difficult to find. The hotel is smaller than the picture. However the room is clean and has all facilities. Stuff also nice and helpful.

The wall is too thin, heard many noises outside of the hotel

來胡志明的飯店首選，房間性價比高，床很大很舒適，電視可以連接手機，就是電梯難等了一些，但是為什麼每天都在施工？

The Hotel itself not far from banh tan market, after we arrive the hotel the staff was nice and polite, the services they provide is free laundry Which is good. The staff Hinlary and helen was so helpful and nice to the customer. The House keeping come and clean the room everyday,also they are very nice . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Probably, this will property is not for everybody. There is a noticeable contrast between the inside and the outside. Inside - Rooms - contemporary, clean and well maintained. Our room doesnt have a view though. Relative to the rate/price we paid, great value for money. Outside, although Im ok, was quite chaotic at times and might turn others off, literally public/street market. For me its added a certain charm and authentic S.E.A. country vibe like in mine, I felt at home. I actually tried to walk from the party-crazy Bui Vien Walking Street going to the hotel - took me around 10-15min.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Good aircond, comfy bed and clean toilet. This hotel is located near to a local market, and not too near to city centre. Still in walking distance, if you don’t mind to walk during hot days. Food are easily assessable, some good coffee nearby. And the best thing is they provide free laundry service, washing and drying services. This is very useful when the weather is so hot and need to change a lot of clothes. Recommended highly.

The hotel is very well situated and a new construction but in between old buildings and no view unless you want to see a degraded old apartment building. The staff were nice, I even got a free beer .Fair price for one night. Clean also. They don't have a restaurant or a terrace. I used the front staircase
