My favourite value hotel in Ho Chi Minh. The location of the hotel is on the fringe of District 1 which is easy to get around and grab is affordable in Ho Chi Minh. The rooms were comfortable as well! Their rooms always have some form of quality assurance under M Village. The toiletries provided are also decent. There is Every Half cafe below the hotel too.

Nice little urban hotel which is super central, close to a park. We liked the gym and yoga studio very much. Also the possibility to do your laundry yourself for free was greatly appreciated. The rooms are modern, cosy and have a good mattress, the staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely a place to come back to.

"Every Half Coffee Roasters" at Ground floor; Hotel reception at 1st floor. Showing hotel key card to buy coffee gets 15% discount. Friendly staffs. Comfy room without issues for me. There are kitchen at common area, gym, yoga room and laundry room for guests at building. Hotel at district 3 surrounding by many cafes and local Vietnamese food options. Grab easily helps move to everywhere if u don't wanna take a walk with heat.

They have everything needed for anyone who is on a business trip. The co-working space is really nice tho!

Nice hotel, nice location, but there is only one thing need to improve, the water isn’t hot enough to shower.

You will be greeted by a nice smell from the Hotel and friendly staffs who speaks English very well. Check in process is fast and the superior room is not as small as i thought. It is very spacious actually and have a pretty colour. All room facilities are working well although the pillow is a bit too soft for me personally. The concept is like a co living space so there is common kitchen and washing machine/dryer for free use. The lobby provides some open working desks too so it is good for business trip. I was there during Mooncake Festival so there is free mooncake and tea provided which is very generous. It is located at District 3 but very close to District 1 and personally i chose this district to avoid the street noise and Grab is so easy and cheap. The staffs are exceptionally helpful and attentive, they will check in with us everyday via WA to make sure all is well, they gave very useful tips for local food, shopping and best place to get exchange money so thanks to Tessa and Sunne who helped us at that time. There is yoga room and gym with good facilities, public park is just across the hotel if you want to take a stroll/jog. No pool here. Just below the hotel there is a nice cafe who sells good coffee and pastries and hotel guests will get 15% off. Overall it gives me a very homey stay and warm vibe.

Excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable. Comes with free laundry facility and a modern common kitchen. Reception was helpful and patient. Recommended and arranged transportation for our onwards journey.

The hotel was recently renovated, clean and tidy, a young atmosphere, the location is great and the staff is great, recommended

This Hotel customer service is amazing !!! The house keeper are all very friendly and warm to the guest . Special thanks to the reception Miss Sunnie, she make sure that the room is cold and nice before my check in. No other hotel have this kind of great customer service. There is gym and you can even wash your own laundry in this hotel. Will surely choose this hotel to stay in all my HCM trip. Keep up the good customer service.

The place is so clean, staffs are super duper nice ❤️❤️❤️. There is even a place for luggage storage if you plan to go anywhere after checking out of the hotel and doesn’t want to carry it around the city - definitely will come back

Extremely helpful staff. Free laundry, space for yoga and a gym. Many restaurants within walking distance. Coffee shop downstairs. Room was spotless. House keeping does an incredible job. The reception staff go above and beyond.
