Amazing staffs.

더러움 오래된 호텔 에어컨 천장 다 더러움 엘리베이터도 잘 동작안함

나이트항공편때문에 3시체킨하고 10시 체캇하기에 정말 좋은 호텔 이였다.특히 가성비가 좋았고 직원들은 매우 친절했다

一言でいうと廃墟です。絶対に予約しないでください！ wifiがロビーにしかないのでロビーで仕事しているとチェックインせずに帰る宿泊客多数。 確信犯ですね！ また名前を変えてTripさんに載せるんでしょうか？ 長期で予約をしていたのですがTripさんの迅速な対応のおかげで無事払い戻しされ近隣のホテルに移動しました。 Tripさんで予約して良かった。 廃墟の傾いた建物で窓のない虫だらけの部屋で肝試しをしたい方は話のネタに泊まってみてもいいかも。 因みにナナメ向かいにある三ツ星ホテルは快適でした。

Khách sạn hơi nhỏ. Cơ sở Lê Anh Xuân có vẻ cũ kĩ và khi tới được đưa đến cơ sở số 2 ở Lý Tự Trọng. Tuy nhiên phòng khách sạn khá là bé với phòng tắm không có vách kính kín nên đi ra vào nhà vệ sinh là ướt hết chân. Nói chung không phải lựa chọn tốt, giống nhà nghỉ hơn là khách sạn. Tuy nhiên lễ tân khách sạn thì lễ phép và hỗ trợ

The rooms are small and cozy. Staffs are very helpful

Nothing is good about this hotel except for the fact that it’s located in the prime area of benthan market. More so the place looks shady and very unclean and terrible. The only saving grace is the staff.. staff have been supportive but it’s surely not the way it is shown in pictures.. I am adding few pictures if rooms given to us.. it’s our second anniversary and they have totally spoiled it!

The hotel is not how it is shown in the images, it’s very small and dirty. The rooms look cheap and are not maintained at all.

We booked Vilion Central and when we arrived we were told that our room has some issue with the AC and shifted us to another Vilion, 5 mins away. We booked and paid for a 3 star hotel and moved to a run down hotel at the same price. The room had a broken cupboard, a reception person who couldn't communicate or understand us. No help with luggage, an ac remote that didn't work and nothing in the bathroom. When we asked to help our situation and either reduce the terrif or move us to a better room or extended our check out time, none of it was done as compensation. And they didn't seem to care at all at the discomfort they put us through. Instead at 11 in the night they told us to find another hotel if we have a problem!! Never visit this hotel, please. Their unprofessionalism is shocking.

We booked this hotel in very advance and we traveled all the way from india and reached there in night, not to mention very tired after a long flight but when we reached to hotel staff directly told us that we don't have any room for you now. You have missed your check in time and now room sare not available. We waited for manager to talk but he didn't come to give even explanation. On our first day in vietnam it was a very bad experience for us. We argued and finally they booked a cab for us for different hotel.

Poor hotel rooms with no view. Dirty washroom. Over priced

location was good in the center but the hygiene is not good
