Ulasan Ace Hotel Ben Thanh

Giving one star is generous. This hotel looks nothing like it’s photos, no natural light, hard mattresses, stains on the sheets while being plagued with mould and mosquitos. Our final night here we not only heard but saw a rat climbing up the wall. We politely reported this to the receptionist ‘Trung’ who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He laughed at us, refused to apologise and claimed we were lying even after he himself heard the rat(s) and saw the droppings in the room. We simply wanted a refund so we could look for a hotel room elsewhere to which he refused claiming we were checking out late although checkout was not until the previous morning. He made us feel extremely uncomfortable sighing, rolling his eyes and staring at us without responding when we tried to engage with him. Overall very poor experience, avoid at all costs
