Gemini Saigon Hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Overall the room was tired (as I have found most hotels in Vietnam to be) but ok with a bath as requested and a very comfy bed. The location was convenient down a small quieter side street so again another plus. However…… our problem came after we accidentally left something in the room after check out. I came back to retrieve said item after I realised on the same day only to be told the house keeper had left and come back tomorrow. After waisting yet another grab bike to go back to the collect the item today I have been told the exact same thing the house keeper has left. Surely they have lost property and she would have left it in there???? Nope by the looks of it the house keeper decided to take it for herself. The item wasn’t expensive but for me it is the principal and disregard by the hotel staff. You have a member of your staff stealing from your guests!!!!! Baffling….. don’t waist your money on this dishonest place.

I booked a room at this hotel on Agoda, informing that I would come late. I even messaged them in advance with my mobile number that they could call me if anything. When I arrived at the hotel after midnight, the door was closed so I knocked the door. Then one male staff came out with very cold face, telling me "Do you know what time is it now?" I told him that I informed the hotel already even with my mobile number and he just had to give me a key. He was very rude and behaving as if I had to apologized to him, which made me very pissed so I immediately left the hotel and had to find another hotel. I told this issue to the hotel next day, but the staff was making up a story that I made a big noise in my room, causing problems to other guests, but I actually didn't even enter my room as I was refused to check in by that rude male staff. He is obviously making up the story to cover up his big mistake. Just avoid this hotel at any cost. The staff was rude, and the hotel management even does not try to solve the issue after my reporting. I was very painful to be without a hotel room and had to find another one after midnight. It was really the worst experience I've ever had in my life!!

Thái độ tệ hại, không biết mình ở Hà Nội vào nên văn hoá khác hay sao, nhưng về thì khá bất ngờ với thái độ của khách sạn lưu trú. Đã đặt phòng trên booking có xác nhận nhưng 11h về check in báo phòng bị huỷ rồi và khách sạn hết phòng. Mình khá bất ngờ hỏi tại sao thì kêu giờ đông khách, khách sạn cần làm ăn nên không giữ phòng cho khách. Thái độ thì tệ hại, còn cố ra để khịa kháy khách thêm vài câu. Dù sao thì cũng may là huỷ phòng vì nếu ở đó chắc mình cũng không ở nổi.
