Ulasan New Sunny Hotel

Simple easy and cheap. Staff are amazing and it's close to everything you need. If you want a simple place to stay this is it. You get what you pay for.

The location is convenient , next to Bui Vien but the service is not good .

Good for the price pero sana may everyday housekeeping and cleaning para masarap matulog pag uwi kasi palagi kami nasa labas para lumibot. Malinis din at mabait sila.

Only is near to street. Other is nothing

Отель с отличным месторасположением, находиться на улице с барами, лучше выбирать команту без окон, будет спокойнее. В комнате чисто, предоставлены полотенце и принадлежности для ванной (зубная щётка, гель для душа, шампунь).

방 상태가 좋고 청결하다고 말할 순 없겠지만.. 가격을 고려하면 합리적인 수준이라 생각합니다. 다만 소음이 상당하기 때문에 푹 주무실 분은 다른 동네로 가시길..

安全性，不大好

because I arrived early by bus and I could check in at 14:00, the hotel advised me to book an extra night. would fly to Thailand the next day. arrived at 05:00 in the morning, the manager said that they had rented out the room that I had already paid for and that I could leave my bags in the lobby. he would call me when someone checked out. around 11am i was able to get into my room and was not happy. to my surprise the apple chargers of my ipad and iphone had disappeared. I had put it in the rain pocket of my suitcase. I spoke to the boy and would check the cameras. then the owner who gave no or hardly any answer. I couldn't reach Agoda but was very tired and quickly went to buy some chargers. I gave them a chance to resolve the matter but couldn't pass it up!

For a small price, get a comfortable clean room in the HCMC tourist area. All amenities working fine, including lift, aircond, fridge, TV and water heater shower. Decent condition, not too old but not brand new either. Location in the Pham Ngu Lao tourist area, easily accessible from Tan Son Nhat International Airport using bus 152. Nearby to Walking Street, restaurant, 24hr convenience stores and tour agencies to book your 1-day, 2-days, or 3-days tour.

The hotel is is close to the bui vien street which has pubs blasting music till 4 am. music is loud in the upper floors but is fine in the lower floors. It is convenient for you to enjoy the night at the pubs and just walk back to the hotel.
