Beautiful hotel with plush furnishings. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better - it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do or a short ride over for anything further out. Food at the restaurant was great too. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The best part of our stay were the staff. They were the nicest, most hospitable and friendly people that went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were having a great time. We regretted not hugging every single person that went out of their way to look after us (it was all of them). We'll be back!

Pros: -Central location: right above Takashiyama mall, very convenient to explore famous sights in Saigon, walking distance in evening to Quảng Trường Nguyễn Huệ. Takashiyama malls has plenty of food, coffee and shopping options -Service: hotel staff friendly and welcoming, helped us with check-out / luggage; staff helped us arrange spa services not far from hotel -Check-in: quick check-in service despite arriving late in the day -Room: comfortable bed, good amount of space for work in the room (one long desk plus a breakout area with two high chairs) -Complimentary drinks in the room (soft drinks, water, beer) -Staff went above and beyond to arrange a spare room one of the evenings to take a call -Swimming pool with a nice view; wasn’t too busy Cons: -priced quite close to larger 5* hotels however felt like overall service and facilities more akin to a smaller boutique hotel (eg no one greeting you outside of hotel when just check in, not clear if hotel has a spa) -Room design: high floor however design of room made it feel quite dark vs a panoramic view

I book family room, two big queen bed size during my husband birthday. Staff are all very nice and polite. Forever help you carry your luggage or open the hotel entrance door for you. Never go to rooftop as my room already has big bathub. Channel TV only 3 in English and the rest is in Vietnam. Desk a little bit of ants but every i ask the housekeeping staff clean it up. Decent 3 star hotel. Value for the money. 5 minutes walk to Ben Thant Market. 7minutes walk to Malaysia Street.

This is a lovely hotel which is situated within easy reach of the Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum and the Ben Thanh market. Everything you need is there and it is only 30 minutes from the airport. All the staff were excellent. Booked it via Trip.com. I recommend it.

We have been staying here a few times over the years and this is a lovely hotel in a great location with clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet catering for all tastes. It is quiet and there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and the city center (Town Hall, Reunification Palace, Opera House, Cathedral, Post Office) are all within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It was booked as part of a tour so I don't know if it is a good value but we did have assistance with our luggage possibly because of being part of the tour. The doorman was almost always present to open the door. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There is not much of a lounge area because most of the main floor is taken up with a restaurant. My single room was small as expected but not a problem for me as it was clean. I had to call to get a new battery for the safe to work. This was attended to immediately. In the shower I was unable to close the sliding door due to rusting. Again attended to immediately by two maintenance men who were not able to get it repaired so I was moved to another room - this time a double but again required fixing of safe as it has been left open in locked position. Shower door worked well but there was no hot water as experienced by other members of our group. A complaint rectified that as hot water was available for the remaining two day of our stay. A little annoying was the sound of doors slamming shut and noise in the hall until everyone had settled for the night. There was little selection for breakfast. Barely pre-cooked scrambled eggs not appealing but one can always find something to eat. As noted by others, the location is good.

We thought the room was extremely small and dusty, certainly not the cleanest. The hotel does make up for it with really fantastic service (specially from the people who manage the meals) and a fantastic breakfast and afternoon tea combination that will keep you satisfied for sure. As for the facilities, the rooftop doesn't look super great in person and the way-too-small pool's protective glass panels need a clean. Location is pretty great but it's definitely balanced out by the small size of the room.

The location is good with nearby Ben Thanh market and walking distance to other places like Takashimaya and Saigon Square. However the room was quite run down and the water was leaking for our toilet and towel rack was spoilt. Otherwise,still acceptable. When booked, I requested for 2 connecting rooms. Hotel replied said kept aside for us 1 only. I reminded the hotel 1 week before our arrival and was told still only 1 available which I was ok. When arrived, they said none available as fully booked. What a disappointment!

This hotel is in an excellent location in District 1 near the Ben Thanh Markets and surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. It is also within walking distance of some of Ho Chi Minh city attractions. The condition of the hotel is average. We had to upgrade to an executive room because our initial room was very small and had no window. The upgraded room was very nice but the hallways were dirty - the carpets looked like they were stained with machine oil. The WiFi was good. The breakfast was just average - it did not cater well for western travellers. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the front foyer was a nice sitting area. There is a bar on the roof.

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was a definite improvement on the first stay. We were upgraded to an Executive room which was much nice than the first. The room was on the 7th floor, it was light and bright and a lot more room. The pool had been cleaned but was still not totally mould free. Breakfast is nice if you get in early otherwise there is nothing left. They don’t seem to restock it. There is a great variety of choice from western omelette to Vietnamese soup to rice porridge. They do cater well. There are still small things to improve on but a great step up. The receptionist was very helpful and we were able to extend our stay till the evening as we had a late flight home. Right near the market if that’s your thing but also close to sights and restaurants.

We arrived in Ho chi min and was looking to have a couples massage. As we were walking past the spa we was drawn in by an lady who could speak reasonably well English saying it was there happy hour and we could get a massage at a reduced rate in a vip room.(private room for 2 people) We agreed on a price for full body massage including a foot massage. She took us to the room which was just an ordinary room which was fine as long as we had our massages. 2 ladies were going to carrying out myself & my husband massage. We opted to have a Thai massage which was a strong massage. It’s started of fine I had the lady doing the massage. Then half way through another lady came into the room and swapped places with her without telling me. I turned my head round I could see it was a different lady. By then I was use to the first Lady techniques and my mood was put off because the new lady was talking to the other masseure . I had to tell to go stronger. She stood on my back & was rushing the whole process. The whole mood of being relaxed was disrupted. I asked her to bring the first Lady back. She bought in a another different lady who was ok but again spent most of the time talking Vietnamese to the other masseur. Sadly 60 minutes of for me time was ruined that night.

Just a few steps away from the lively ben thanh market. Wonderful night life surrounded by many cafes, massage places and good food options. There are traffic lights in this area making it easy and safe to cross the streets. But disappointed that the hotel lobby isn't air conditioned and that 1 of the 2 showers in each of the connecting rooms doesn't come with hot water. Only 2 small bottles of water free, it wasn't clear and they charged for the rest :/
