Good location beside the old town. Room is good and breakfast is ok, but food and drinks run out fast. Pool is good but again the sun loungers are really limited. Not much a view from the room either. We did like the service from the staff and the price is affordable.

We had the best week staying here! It felt like a little slice of (affordable) luxury, following weeks of travelling and many uncomfortable beds, we were happy to spend the week enjoying all that Hoi An has to offer and resting and Grand Holiday Villa in the evenings. The staff were so kind and helpful, full of great advice and ideas of places to go and things to do! The room was beautiful and comfortable, just everything about our stay was perfect and we felt really looked after. We loved that we could borrow the bikes and had a lot of fun doing so! Thank you so much. If we're ever in Hoi An again, we will 100% be back.

The hotel is in a street off the main road through town. Our taxi driver struggled to find it as it doesn’t say Royal Villa outside- it says Royal Room to rent. It’s well positioned, a 10 minute walk into the town centre and old town. 5 minutes to the river. We paid around $15 per night and booked 3 nights. We had room 301 which overlooked the road but had good sound proofed windows- with the windows open it could be a bit noisy through the day. The room was small with walk in, wet room shower. All was modern and clean with a fridge, TV, good ac, lots of electric sockets but no safe. The other rooms (not ending 01) looked bigger and were set back from the road. The bed was very firm with good quality mattress but may be too hard for people who like a soft bed. The staff were friendly but didn’t speak much English. They rented us a scooter for 120VND which seemed a good price. Good price and a nice clean option for a budget room.

Room was ok. No strange smell. Basic travel disposable provided. Water pressure great. AC working well. Pool is at back of hotel, provided some privacy Vs those that have the pool right outside. Great for chilling in the hot weather. Overall nice place. Free bicycle provided to roam around. Near the happening area, within walking distance but not too near so can have a quiet rest at night. Staffs are friendly and offered help proactively.

One word - FANTASTIC!!!! Only spent 1 night here regrettably as I should have booked at least 3 nights. Let’s view the pros first - simply a beautiful hotel with wonderful staffs - from 1 day before my check in, the hotel staff WhatsApp me on the details etc. Very 5 star treatment! - upon arrival, my family and I were treated like VVIPs. The customer relations officer explained on the details of my check in and ushered us to our rooms personally. Another 5 star treatment! - location of the hotel is just right in front of the riverside. It’s about 300-400m to the Hoi A memories show. Really convenient! - breakfast was superb. Very good spread as well as quality. - hotel amenities are top notch! From swimming pool to free bicycle rental. - very clean, neat and tidy rooms. - beds, pillows, cleanliness are really among the 5 star le meridian or grand Hyatt standard. - the staffs are really attentive to your needs. Very very impressive! Now the cons: - NONE that I could think of! Wonderful and great experience from this hotel. I’ve travelled quite a bit, stayed in 5 star hotels across the globe and I can say that this hotel leaves a great memorable experience for me and my family. Thank you again Ms. Lee and the team. I recently had a stay at the company's private villa and am very satisfied with the service. The villa is clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located on a main road near Hoi An Ancient Town. The service quality is excellent: the staff is enthusiastic, attentive, and ready to assist guests in any situation. The rental price for the entire villa is more affordable compared to other accommodation options. However, it's worth noting that the rental price for the entire villa is usually higher than other types of accommodations.

Bamboo Riverside Resort offers a range of facilities to cater to every need. The resort also offers complimentary bicycles for guests to explore the surrounding area at their leisure.

The Grand Sunrise Palace (Hoi An) is a wonderful hotel that provides outstanding service. Lily was one of the first people to greet us when we arrived and provided information regarding attractions, restaurants, and taxi bookings. Lily consistently checked in with us to make sure our experience at the Grand Sunrise Palace was going well (it was splendid). Days later into our journey, the staff at Grand Sunrise Palace alerted my partner and I that we had left valuables behind in our room. At the time we were boarding a plane to another destination with no plausible way of returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace. We were immediately notified by staff and Lily contacted us to provide solutions. Lily proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that our valuables would be returned. Lily went out of her way to commute to other locations (with valuables in hand), contacted our next hotel and proceeded to plan the logistics of returning our valuables. This is outstanding customer service that is unfathomable. Lily and her colleagues truly look out for their guests and provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond any expectations. Both of us thank Lily and her team at Grand Sunrise Palace!

Khách sạn phòng rất đẹp, hiện đại và sạch sẽ. Resort rất rộng và đẹp ^^ nhân viên thì nhiệt tình thân thiện take care khách hàng rất oke. Mình bị ốm xong dc clinic bên ks tới take care thuốc và nước cam và nhắn tin hỏi thăm sức khoẻ dù mình đã rời đi ^^ Thank u for making my trip enjoyable ^^ 💕🥰💕💕🥰 Buffet ăn sáng cug ngon nhưng mà hong da dạng lắm, mình có ăn ở nhà hàng Blend trong đó, món ăn ngon và phục vụ rất chu đáo ^^

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids.
