這個酒店也太好了吧，就在烏特勒支中央火車站的下麪，從窗口往下看就是火車軌道，到進站口四五分鐘吧，上麪就有一個很大的購物商城，下麪就是一個很大的自行車停車場🅿️樓下就是地鐵站，打車很貴，公共交通方便，在繁華地段感覺也很安全。 設施很新，是設計酒店的feel，還有頂層游泳池和健身房，還有桑拿房真的很不錯，兩種可以選擇，很多年輕情侶或者夫妻來這裏度假，游泳池居然5對情侶，剩下我跟幾個人小朋友。 到老城區很近，附近很多教堂，和老建築，附近也有大學，周邊也很多吃飯和喝酒的小酒館，比火車站出站口廣場站要便宜很多。不趕時間可以到老城區吃，很多本地人在那邊吃飯喝酒。 有一點我非常不喜歡就是退房時間11點有點兒早，11:15分左右你還沒下去退房，前台必來電催促，這點有點兒煩，再過幾分鐘又來電催。 早餐還蠻貴的，早上臨時購買19歐，入住時購買16歐，入住額外需要支付當地的稅費4歐元左右。

The room we were given was one for people with a disability, which meant it was very spacious. The decor was nice, the beds comfortable, although a little soft. The bathroom was also spacious and had everything a disabled person would need. It didn't bother us we were staying in this room. We didn't have breakfast but had a coffee which was good. Because this room is on the ground floor just behind reception and next to the breakfast room we did experience noise. There is a 24-hour coffee and tea making facility in the breakfast room which is great. However, when we were staying, there were people in there even in the middle of the night, as we could hear the chairs being used (scraping sound which was very audible in our room). That got worse when breakfast service really started in the morning. It made sleeping a little challenging. We would stay here again, but would definitely ask for a room on a higher floor and further away from the breakfast room. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff were friendly.

A very warm welcome from reception staff put us in a good mood to enjoy our stay and the welcome card we found in our room was a nice touch. The room was spacious, quiet and bright with a very comfy bed with interesting/fun/quirky decor. The location was very convenient for the centre of Utrecht. Breakfast was very good, and there are a number of cafes nearby if you want to explore alternatives. We loved staying here, and a comfy chair in the room would have been the 'icing on the cake'

I had a terrible experience in this hotel at the end of August. Someone(s) broke into my room for 2 consecutive days with my door confirmed locked. The hotel didn't treat me seriously, they couldn't provide any convincing explanation or compensation. I went there for a business trip and had booked this hotel for 10 nights. The break in incident happened in the early morning 5:30am after my first sleep. I heard someone tried to open my door, but because I had locked it, so the intruder shaked the handle a few times, and eventually it did open!!! I went down and reported to the reception directly and asked if there was any CCTV. The staff said she didn't know...had to wait for her colleague to come back to answer me in the evening....by then i was told that there was no CCTV in this hotel...and they admitted it was one of their staff who broke into my room!!! I requested an explanation, the front desk only said it would not happen again. I requested to meet the duty manager, she said the manager would talk to me tomorrow....this is how they treated this security issue and code of conduct ”seriously”. Totally unacceptable. I could only go back to my room for the 2nd night. But then at 7:15am in the next morning, there was someone broke into my room again!! With a loud door closing sound, which i even more confirmed then the first time. The intruder went out as well before showing his/her face. It was unbelievable!!! I reported to the front desk again but they seemed not believe in me. Said it was not their staff this time and it was impossible to unlock the door with other cards. Long story short, it took me a whole day again in order to talk to the duty manager. And i personally showed her how to unlock my door using her card. She was finally speechless and arranged a new room for me. She said would investigate But I still could not receive a solid explanation in the next day and really felt unsafe. I was not able to sleep well and was super alert to different sounds. The next day the GM finally met me, but then still no compensation or with any gesture of apology. Didn't feel i was treated seriously so I decided to change the hotel for personal safety. They still charged me the fee for the 3 days. This was my worst hotel experience ever. The location is close to Utrecht Central station where are lot of bars and restaurants, as well as a big shopping mall nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the locker may not fit a big luggage and you may need to rent one. The bed is comfortable and clean. Note: even you paid hotel fee on trip.com, you still need to pay tax for the hotel

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 2-day stay at this hotel. The 3 person room was spacious and well equipped. We were very positively surprised by the beautiful canal that our room was facing. The view of the canal from the indoor pool was also idyllic and very relaxing. We loved the outdoor terrace and the family of ducks. Drawbacks: The glass door in the bathroom has no lock and provides little privacy. Better charging facilities for devices should be available in the rooms.

A wonderful stay at this superb 5 Star hotel in the heart of the beautiful city of Utrecht. The wonderful Koen van der Berg and the team are the epitome of excellent customer services and high standards. This is my 4th visit and it won’t be my last. From the well appointed rooms and beautiful grounds to the excellent facilities, this has to be one of my favourite hotels. The Michelin Star Karel 5 Restaurant is simply sublime and an experience not to be missed. A culinary masterpiece awaits that scintillates the tastebuds and reveals delightful experiences in every bite. Chef Leon & his team bring theatre to the table. The passion and knowledge of the team ensures diners are captivated from the start of the performance. The star of the show is the ingredients and how they have been elevated into works of art and brought to life with classic, delicate finishes. I enjoyed every dish that was served on the meat & fish free set menu. Each one championing to be my favourite, only to push me into a quandary to decide which was the most memorable. A truly exceptional experience that embodies passion and excellence.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. The location is everything! It's right outside the train station and inside the mall. There are plenty of eating and shopping options. The neighborhood is walkable with lots to see.

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Personeel is allemaal bijzonder vriendelijk. De Queenkamer was knus, gezellig en erg schoon. Koffie en thee op de kamer en heerlijke luxe doucheproducten in grote flessen aan de muur (zelfs aan conditioner en bodylotion is gedacht!). Heerlijke comfortabele bedden en warme inrichting. Ontbijt vonden wij heerlijk; ook hierbij was aan alles gedacht en zelfs toen wij ons vergist hadden in de tijd werd alles uit de kast gehaald om het ons toch naar de zin te maken. Het hotel is inderdaad ietwat gehorig maar ik denk ook dat dat veelal met het sociaal gedrag van andere gasten te maken heeft. Als ik midden in de nacht naar mijn hotelkamer ga dan ben ik gewoon stil maar helaas is niet iedereen zo en dan wordt je inderdaad wakker ‘s nachts. Afstand tot centrum is super. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terug komen!

Nice hotel, decent rates, good bathroom, but really just lacking in information. First off, the hotel is in a mall, and there’s no indication of which doors are open after the mall closes and which aren’t. Google Maps is unaware of that, so if you’re relying on that or a similar service to get you back to the hotel, be aware that will not work, and employees will not provide you with useful information about this unless you ask. For the record, I eventually managed to enter via Catharinje Esplanade. Second, maybe it’s because I visited on a holiday, but there was no front desk or room service late at night, which would be totally fine IF that communication were provided. But there was no indication whatsoever that the supposedly 24 hour room service was not actually 24 hours. Again, certainly don’t begrudge employees a night off. But *management* needs to do a much better job communicating what services are or are not available and when. Don’t promise something your employees can’t deliver. If management would just set realistic expectations and provide a little more useful information, this would be a nice hotel.
