First interaction with Chinese manager was super friendly and he was helpful however , he left and a manager came on duty at night, Ahmed. 23:55 he is checking in a guest and chatting to the worker who also lives on site loudly and I was woken up. Tried to reason with ahmed and he simply tells me to go away and go back to my room like I am a child. His attitude stinks, he is the rudest ever person I have encountered. Rather than just apologies and say he will speak quietly he shouted that I was disturbing his work. Really unbelievable. This went on for 10 mins of his disrespectful attitude. He has no clue on how to speak to people and reading reviews on multiple other travel websites for this or any of the other names this “guesthouse” uses many mention poor attitude. Please avoid this place. On top of that the skinny man that he was talking to at night was making a lot of noise at 7am which woke me up when he was in the kitchen area. Really poor behaviour. I noticed this morning that the door was filthy and the bathroom had someone clothes wet on the floor in the corner behind the door.
Ahmed don’t treat your customers who pay your salary like children, do not argue with your customers, do not shout, do not point, do not blame.
