Location is great, very close to MTR. However regular room is small and narrow, there is no place for a trunk, you should get it every time you need something from there, if you’re staying for one-two nights and no time to use hangers. One little roach was spotted on the table. Automatic entrance door is convenient and umbrella is free. There is a comfortable space for eating on reception floor and separate one with cooking area.

The worst hotel in such expensive price range. Found at least 3 live cockraches in the room walking around. And the bedding feels unclean (makes me itchy).

There were many reviews saying room is small. I think it depends which room you booked. Had the Executive Queen room and it was spacious and comfortable. Can’t fault them for daily change of towels and housekeeping at least, stayed a week and the sheets were changed once. Superb location near to MTR station and the financial hub at Central offices. Will stay again.

Besides from the location, everything else is disappointing. Bed creaks when you move in it, decor needs a major refresh. No amenities provided. No flexibility on late check out. Pay $300 extra if you are late by 1 minute. Oh and they hit you with the ‘mandatory’ hotel tax at check in. Pay a little bit extra and stay next door at either 99 Bonham or Jervois for better service, luxurious rooms and flexible staff!

Great location in Sheung Wan and a decent-sized room with a kitchen you can cook in.
However, the bathroom needs renovation (cracks, mold), the hair dryer was broken and unsafe, and there are almost no amenities besides cups and hangers. Good spot, but definitely needs better upkeep.

location was not too convenient, uphill 10min walk from station. Amenities inside room is limited. Had to buy from front desk.

Great location close to MTR. Small room with no disposable amenities, and difficult to move around unless with very little luggage. Other than that the bed is comfortable and good for a night’s stay.
