Extremely easy to book with Trip.com for this hotel. Hotel are in excellent location. You won't go hungry. Roast Goose or Siu Yuk are plenty. Not to mention other restaurant. Shops are just within a few steps. Near Olympic MTR Station but you need to walk casually 10 minutes. Bus stop just across this hotel. Easy to navigate. Hotel staffs are friendly and approachable. Room are good in terms of space. HOWEVER TOOTHBRUSH you need to buy in vending machine at ground floor of this hotel or 7Eleven nearby. Breakfast are good spread with QUALITY. Enough to fill up your tummy before Exploring Hong Kong.

Although this was advertised as non smoking hotel. The hotel management is not enforcing this practice. The entire hotel is covered with cigarettes smokes at all time, especially during morning and sleeping hours. There is a tour bus terminal at one end of the building for Chinese mainlanders. Every time they gathered to wait for their buses. They all light up and smoke like chimney. My entire stay was horrible, complain to help desk was no help. They move us once but end up to be a worse room after an hour stay. Front desk respond was they have no way to enforce the no smoking law since they can enforce the stated fine on their post signs. Staffs in general are very friendly and location is convenience but I will not stay here ever again!

Customer Service Executives is approachable and is able to provide the details when asked. Location is easy access to main attraction areas. Cleanliness is good and up-to- keep. Opposite the hotel has a very yummy restaurant for dim sum, 新华苑酒家 (2nd level) is open from 6am to midnight.

The front desk service was standard. Housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities are not new, but they are well-maintained. When the air conditioner, dryer, and air purifier are all on in the room, the noise level is quite high, which can be disruptive at night. You may choose to turn them off yourself. The hotel's buffet breakfast mainly features Hong Kong local style and Indian style dishes, with relatively few vegetables.

This hotel is actually a 2-Star. The property is dated, visible mold in the bathroom, no USB plugs or outlets to charge phone or laptop. Drinking water not provided. Only 2 towels. Travelled here for business with a coworker and we both found the hotel unfavorable. However the staff are well trained and efficient. Check in was a breeze. And the morning breakfast was sparse. But the staff again were dutiful.

Sukar untuk mencari bilik berkembar dengan katil yang besar di sekitar Tsim Sha Tsui. Ia boleh memuatkan 4 orang di tingkat 18 yang baru diubah suai dan sangat bersih sangat besar. Makcik yang menjaga tingkat 18 juga sangat baik, saya akan memilih jenis bilik ini lain kali saya membawa bayi saya ke sini.

Best value stay in HK so far. Big, clean room, dedicated bus stop, no frills customer service, a literal mall below the hotel with a plethora of shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in HK.

Hotel not near public transport if you go by MTR or buses to hotel. However there are buses near if you go out fr hotel. Hotel has shuttle bus every 30 mins to MTR station. 7-11 is near to hotel but close at 11pm. A couple small Hongkong style cafe restaurants in four mins walk. Other options are 10 minutes away. Many warehouse nearby. Not really a walkable area.

Got the family suite which is basically 2 rooms with a connecting door. Good value for money as it is one of the bigger rooms at this price point in Hong Kong. After staying in a couple of hotels this year in Asia, I would say Cozi Hotel Harbourview falls short in with the furnishing. The rooms feel dated and in need of some upgrades. The amenities provided are also very basic, just toothbrushes. The mattress were also very hard and the pillows are too soft. However the staffs I encountered made up for it. The front desk staffs were friendly and I must give credit to the housekeeping team which did a great job at cleaning the room. The location of the hotel can be a bit inconvenient, having to walk 5-8 mins to the busier bus/MTR station and there is a lack of eateries around. If you want a bigger room and will not be spending a lot of time in the hotel and wouldn’t mind a dated furnishing, Hotel Cozi Harbourview is alright!

Ideal location for expats. Loved my stay at this hotel! Even though it's in the city area, it's not noisy at all. Staff are friendly, helpful and speak English fluently. Hotel is Central to most attractions. The room was modern and super clean! Loved the western styled breakfast options. Try the flapjacks and syrup! There is temple street market close by. McDonald's and Starbucks can be found downstairs close by. The hospital was in view from my room in case you need medical help close by. Easily accessible for taxis and buses on Nathan road although it's a busy main road. Plenty of ATMs scattered along the road. Closest subway is Jordan (4 minute walk) then Tsim Sha Tsui further down. The miraplace mall is within walking distance from the hotel. Harbour views are near the K11 shopping centre at the end of Nathan road. All in all, I will definitely be back. 😀

Still one of our fave hotels as it is in our old neighbourhood, with great food and amenities nearby. Location is fab as it is near enough to Causeway Bay to walk, and yet on the quieter side. Our room on the 18th floor was a good size, with a view towards Victoria Park. The beds were comfortable, and wifi was strong. Housekeeping was done daily. Filtered water was available from a machine at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was typically HK/China, in that you bathe while standing in the bathtub. There was some wear and tear here eg loose tap handle but that is easily rectified. Lifts can be a tad slow at busy times so factor that in if you are in a hurry.
