"Penginapan saya di Room Lisboa agak menyenangkan sejak saya tiba. Lobinya menyeronokkan dan berwarna-warni. Malah mempunyai sejenis langsir rantai berwarna-warni. Kakitangannya sangat ramah dan membantu. Biliknya dibersihkan dengan baik dan saiz katilnya juga besar. Ya Tuhan, saiz katilnya! Suka sangat. Hostel pertama yang saya kunjungi dengan katil bersaiz dewasa. Sarapan pagi juga berbaloi. Saya suka jaraknya dengan pengangkutan awam dan kedai runcit. Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi."

I had an amazing stay, It's the best hostel I've ever stayed in, Everything was spotless, and you could tell that cleanliness is a top priority. Every corner of the hostel felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. It was quiet, relaxing, and made it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly, and the overall environment was warm and inviting. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay, I highly recommend this hostel. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area!

Curious_soulAbsolutely wonderful place and great service! Very cozy hotel with a small garden. The beds are comfortable, spacious bathroom and room is nicely designed and very clean😊 The place also has a small kitchen, guests can make a sandwich or light meal, tea and coffee sachets are refilled daily. The only minus is lack of elevator, however, the staff was very helpful to carry my heavy bags upstairs:) I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lisbon🤗

Stayed for 4 nights in a female ensuite - overall I had a positive experience! Firstly it was clean! A few things to note is that it isn’t the most sound proof to traffic and the temperature of the shower suddenly dipped from day 2 onwards. I can’t comment for social aspects but they offered some walking tours, pub crawls and drinking/ game tournaments on for some of the weeks. I didn’tutilise it but the kitchen area seemed stocked. Wouldn’t say it had the most social atmosphere in the common area but I was out for most of the time I stayed.

MochichimmyTruly enjoyed my stay at WOT New Lisbon. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near city center which is really convenient.

staffs are very welcoming. the location’s quite good as there’re supermarket, cafes and tram stations (line 28) nearby. the luggage storage is just putting your luggage on the floor, which feels not very safe. Also, someone who stayed there disturbed us RIGHT after 11pm saying that it’s the hostel’s resting time. but overall it was a good stay

The room with bathroom inside the room with balcony.
No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy.
There is elevator, no problems with luggage.
There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.

Очень здесь понравилось! Расположение отличное - и метро, и трамвай рядом. А до центральных площадей пешком прогуляться удобно.
Как было рекомендовано на сайте, сообщила хозяину примерное время прибытия, он отправил мне код для подъезда и был на месте. Быстро заселил. Комната чистая, постель удобная. В комнате есть и шкаф с вешалками, и комод, и и тумбочки.
В общих санузлах чистота - убираются часто и старательно.
Приятно удивила кухня - все продумано и предусмотрено для комфортного проживания.
Во всем чувствуется искренняя забота о приезжающих людях.
Всем благодарна! Остались приятные воспоминания!

Never have I seen 3 beds stacked up on top of each other. Had a nice balcony and shower. Was pretty far away from main center though possible to access via a nearby bus.
