The Location is Great, the rooms are Clean and the service is very friendly and super nice (they let us in the room earlier) I would totally recommend it 😄 Great View from the rooms. Nice TV Channels in a Lot of languages. Only thing that could be better are the opening times of the Pool 😂😂

My friends and I were very apprehensive after reading reviews online, however we were very pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay. We stayed in the canarife complex. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and very spacious with large balcony. All the linen and towels were clean and we had no problems with any bugs which we were worried about having read reviews- we could not fault it at all. Nice big mirror and multiple of them which was good for the group of us getting ready. Fridge, TV and hairdryer. We found staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. You give what you get back so be polite to staff and I am sure you will receive the same back! We did all inclusive and there was a good selection of unlimited drinks cocktails and beer available. Food was breakfast lunch and dinner buffet with a large variety so there was something for everyone and the food was nice. There were various pools, all clean and nice looking. Plenty of sun beds and seating areas. Most nights there was entertainment, some of it very good you just had to be in the right hotel (there are about 3 in the complex so adventure round). We could not fault our stay we had a lovely time and we would even stay again if we returned to Tenerife. Thank you :)

We picked this hotel as we were here 7 years ago and had a rough idea what to expect, the hotel in our view is in the perfect position, we had room 908 overlooking the lido, yes the rooms need updating but it was kept clean, the bed was comfy and the fan and aircon worked, the balcony didnt lock but no one could get to it so it wasnt a problem. If you like to go to bed early then the rooms on the front may not be for you as the music doesnt stop till midnight, this didnt bother us as we went out till late anyway. The food was good, hot and varied. Staff were excellent always working hard. The pool didnt get sun till about 10.15 and you lost it about 3pm and that depended on where you were sitting. There was still people putting towels on, just wish the staff would have removed these as it states no reserving seats! suggest thhe hotel sticks to what it says as there were a few who we spoke to were complaining about this. We decided we would go to the Lido and we are glad we did, 11 euros for 2 beds and entry. Entertainment in hotel, we just seen one act which I think was called Tito, who was really good. For what we paid £1100 for 2 , H/B with a balcony . We thought it was great value for money, if you want 5 star luxury then your better off paying 5 star prices. The only downfall was the 1.5 hr transfers,but thought it was well worth it in our opinion.We would def use this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days in mid September with my siblings, my parents, my partner and my toddler. Upon arriving late in the evening we were very grateful to see how spacious, clean and comfortable the rooms are. We slept really well. The one thing to note is that all the beds are singles pushed together which can be an issue if you like to cuddle with your partner to sleep as the beds kept moving apart, but they were very comfortable and we slept well. The rooms are all air conditioned which is very welcome on stickier days. We stayed in a room with a sea view and it was really wonderful to wake up to the view every morning. In the evening there is live music at the bars outside which can be a little loud - if you like to sleep early I recommend ear plugs - however all the music stops by 11pm and we enjoyed many an evening sitting on the balcony and enjoying the music below. I think it's worth noting that if you do have any issues the hotel is very quick to respond. On our first night we noted that the lock on the door did not work, and the seal on the door of the shower was missing. Within half an hour the hotel maintenance had come up to the room to rectify the issues, and they did so quickly. The hotel has WiFi which can be a little patchy at certain times of the day when it is lost used but is otherwise reliable. There is a TV in the rooms with a good selection of channels - I will note that the English channels didn't work and did need reprogramming but it wasn't an issue as as we didn't have time to watch TV anyway! There is a mini fridge in each room which is very handy. There is a charge of €2 a day for personal use which really isn't bad at all. The selection of food available at the hotel is really wonderful. Every night there is a different theme. My favourites were Spanish and canarian nights. But there is so much on offer you should find something for even the pickiest of eaters. Every member of staff working in the restaurant was so friendly and lovely. As there were 7 of us travelling together they reserved a table for us each morning and evening so that we didn't have trouble to eat together. I will however note that one particular member of staff didn't appear to want to accommodate this - a woman with dark hair, glasses and waistcoat and green tie (different levels of staff wore slightly different uniform) for some reason whenever this particular lady was on staff she would remove our reservation. Initially we thought this was a mistake but it happened like clockwork on her shifts and never happened when she wasn't in. I'm not sure why she took issue with our group. She was also quite rude to me one day when I was trying to go to our usual table (which had been dressed for breakfast already) to retrieve the high chair for my son. I tried to explain to her several times I was just going to get the chair but she didn't seem to understand and was insisting on directing me to another area of the restaurant. The re

Super hotel, trip.com had niet de juiste kamer geboekt slechts voor 2 personen terwijl ik 3 had opgegeven maar het Hotel heeft dat voor ons opgelost. Super schoon en mooi hotel, ontbijt is top, diner moet je ding zijn want dat is een buffet maar ook daar is er voor ieder wat wils. Faciliteiten dik voor elkaar, aanrader!!

My partner and I fancied a break before Christmas, and having heard great things about Tenerife, we found a great deal through Voyage Prive to stay fully inclusive at the Fergus Puerto De La Cruz, so we booked 10 days in December 2024. The hotel was friendly and welcoming when we arrived, and we went to our room, which was very nice and exactly as expected. Minor complaints about the room: a large crack in the floor tiles of over 50 cm. There was a body wash bottle attached to the wall by the sink, which was nowhere near the shower. I am not sure if this was only supplied for show or if we were expected to use it. Also by the sink was a bottle of hand wash, and next to the shower there was shampoo and conditioner. It is common for 4-star hotels, such as Fergus, to supply bathroom wash materials, and this was surprising. The heated outdoor pool was a nice design, binocular-shaped with a bridge over it. A lifeguard is always present for safety. Sunbeds were put out around the pool, and these were popular. The hotel supplies pool towels for a 10 euro deposit. There were also shaded areas for people who wanted to sit in a cooler environment. There was a bar manned during the day where drinks were served in plastic cups, so no risk of broken glass. The range of drinks available includes coffee and tea, soft drinks, beers, spirits, and cocktails. Coffee and tea machines were also available; these were limited to fully inclusive guests. Every day around the pool, there was entertainment laid on. The entertainment was activities such as archery or games such as Jenga or pool. The atmosphere was relaxed, and guests chatted with other guests. Another pool is available, but we didn't use it. The bar in the main hotel lounge was well stocked and served by very friendly staff who chatted with guests and served the drinks. The range of drinks available includes coffee and tea, soft drinks, beers, spirits, and cocktails. Coffee and tea machines were also available; these were limited to fully inclusive guests. I drank gin and tonic, and included in the all-inclusive price was a local gin rather than a premium one, which was available at a discounted price. This bar was only open when the poolside bar was closed, so in the evenings or if the weather was bad during the day. There was a large-screened TV that showed mainly football with a mix of European or Spanish football. Every night there was entertainment laid on. Again, this could not be faulted. The entertainment was varied, and each night was different; acrobats, singers, quizzes, and karaoke are some examples. Again, the atmosphere was friendly and jovial with people socialising freely. The hotel was kept clean by friendly and helpful cleaners who were very accommodating. The buffet restaurant food was varied and mostly well cooked. For breakfast there were many choices of cooked food, such as bacon, freshly fried eggs, scrambled eggs, cooked mushrooms, cold meats, and fresh vegetables; cereals; frui

This is a really good hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, and we took evening meals as well, when we realised what a bargain they were. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a short walk from the town, an easy flat-ish walk, and near to a lot of interesting places. A lot of Germans choose to stay in this hotel for the winter months, which we saw as a good sign - they expect a lot from holidays. We found them very pleasant and friendly.

Cannot fault this lovely hotel. The staff work so hard to keep it clean and welcoming. Beautiful grounds, clean rooms. Maid service every day. Breakfast selection excellent. Adults only pool area superb. Special mention to Shirley in the restaurant and Francisco in the bar for being super friendly and welcoming. It’s €10 down to the town in a taxi (with tip) if you want to have a night out. Hotel is on a huge hill (hence the fabulous views) so we didn’t walk it! We paid extra for a sea view two bed suite and it was a really good size with two bathrooms ❤️

This hotel has never been a 4 star plus hotel, we went at the end of August the room we was given was low standard, damaged furniture with stains on it that didn’t look pleasent, we payed extra for a more premium room with a balcony to find out every room has a balcony, and the more premium rooms were on floor 6 upwards, we was on floor 3, we went full board the food was average, the beds were comfortable, and the receptionist were really helpful, pillows weren’t comfy at all you, the shower was more like a caravan shower, and the bath you stood in was sinking we thought we was going to fall through it, the hotel from floor 6 onwards may have been ok but from 6 downwards I would not recommend.
