An excellent value for money resort, with superb sea view and sunset, good facilities (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ham, gym, spa etc), walking distance to Loutraki centre, key location to visit Corinth and Peloponnese, 80 kms from Athens centre and airport and so on. Good choice both for business and pleasure.

Très bel hôtel et très très belle chambre, fraîche à notre arrivée, ce qui était grandement appréciable vu la chaleur extérieure! Petit plateau de bienvenue, peignoir/chaussons . Très beaux espaces commun, notamment le salon ”bleu”, bar agréable de même que le patio , la grande psicine et les jardins. Bon petit déjeuner varié dans une belle salle. Le moins : le diner buffet du soir, franchement pas bon, dans une salle qui aurait un besoin urgent d'être rafraîchie!! Mais c'est le seul bémol (et peut être aussi vaut-il mieux tomber en dehors d'un congrès, ce qui était notre cas). Très bon rapport qualité/prix

We stayed one night, in September 2022. There were two buildings, one older and another nearby which was much newer. Both seemed to be very well maintained and located right in the area of ancient Corinth, a short walk from the archaeological site. We had a wonderful modern room in the newer building. It included a patio and small kitchen area. The price was very reasonable. The entire experience was wonderful, from the friendly check-in to the delicious and very generous breakfast in the morning, which was served in a rooftop room with a view of the Gulf of Corinth in the distance. We highly recommend a stay at Pegasus Rooms, you won't be disappointed!!

We booked the room with the private pool (unique available in the premises) to spend a romantic getaway and celebrate our anniversary with privacy and tranquility. When we arrived, we identified that the tenants of another bungalow where obliged to pass through our veranda and in front of our private pool to arrive to their room. In others words, no privacy at all if you have passers by at any given time of the day. Outdoor furniture and sun ombrella were much wore and torn....Later on the day, we found out that there is a party organised in an ”events designated area”, just 5 meters away fm our doorstep.... When we asked the reception they said there is a wedding/christening party on Saturday night.. We should have been informed prior booking. On Saturday night and around 01:30, whilst we wanted to get some sleep the party DJ was playing the most annoying music in the top volume, with just a handful (less than 5) of invitees remaining in the area (and definetely not dancing). Next day, on 09:00 and despite the party ending at 02:00, we were rudely awakened by the reception to be asked about our eggs on our floating breakfast which was supposed to be served at 10:30hrs, i.e. 1:30 hours later....(even funnier is the fact that they managed to get them wrong). Last but not least, parking was extremely difficult in the premises, our unique room (and most expensive) did not have a dedicated parking space. Our only request was for late check out on Sunday, since we were sleep deprived from last night's party 5 meters away from our doorstep was for late check out...We were only allowed until latest 13:00 (check in for next visitors is for 15:00hrs). To cut the long story short, NO PRIVACY, NO RELAXATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Last but not least, parking was extremely difficult in the premises, our unique room (and most expensive) did not have a dedicated parking space.

We booked a 930pm table for 4 at the “pop up”Dolce Vita” and arrived 10 minutes early. We were seated initially at a 4 top inside with no view and were quickly moved to a larger 8 top. We ordered a variety of drinks, appetizers and entrees - so far so good; most were decent, drinks were ok if not exactly what was ordered. Mains came out staggered and a Medium Rare Rib Eye came out almost beyond well done. The plate was returned and the waiter responded that “if it is wrong we will bring a new one.” This somewhat marked the beginning of the end. A proper medium rare Rib Eye was delivered 15 minutes later though the others had largely finished. At 1100 the plates were partially cleared, most without incident and at 1110 we asked our server, busy removing the monogrammed “Dolce Vita” director’s chairs upper supports, to order desert. The astonishing reply was that the kitchen had closed, despite the restaurant being populated by at a minimum 24 other diners! No one (not the reservations agent who took a 930 rez., not the host who seated us nor any staff during our meal) had indicated that this kitchen would close at 1100pm, in Greece, on Saturday night! Furthermore on offer were only 3 items: Tiramisu, Gelatos and fresh fruit - nothing requiring more than a spoon and a plate! Several staff were visible in the kitchen area and our server left to confer with them, returning promptly to apologize that the kitchen was closed. We asked for the check, paid and left. While the staff were young and inexperienced the true fault lies with management. Inexcusable lapses in training, a comically gimmicky “pop up” restaurant concept, and an unadvertised closing time (before most Greeks have even gone out for dinner)! Nikki Beach has folded several restaurants at this property over the years - perhaps they should fold their entire operation!

Perfect location, most hospitable host. Literally turned up and booked a room. Room was basic but I felt the host had made thoughtful efforts. Fridge had complimentary beer, water, juice and chocolate for us. Shower and shampoo minitures, slippers and hairdryer. Family room had bunk beds and a double bed. Large bathroom with working power shower. (Would of liked to of seen it a bit cleaner, toilet roll holder was very rusty and could of easily been replaced. But we were only staying over night. We were able shower and sleep peacefully. Free air conditioning in room. Overall for a quick stay over it fitted the bill. Location literally a street away from tavernas shops. Next to fortress wall.

Very clean beautiful and spacious rooms. We had a partial sea view from balcony which was great. Very comfortable clean beds with extra pillow which were also fluffy. Loved the service, staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary water coffee, tea sugar milk in the room. Very close to the promenade which is hosts a number of lovely restaurants.

Ένα ξενοδοχείο που βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία, στην παραλιακή οδό του Λουτρακίου, σε ήσυχο παρόλα αυτά σημείο, αλλά και κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά και το κέντρο (~10' με τα πόδια, 1' με αμάξι). Έχει θέα στη θάλασσα, ανάλογα το δωμάτιο ολική ή μερική. Επίσης, έχει ιδιωτικο πάρκινγκ. Το δωμάτιο που διαμειναμε ήταν στο πλαϊνό μέρος του ξενοδοχείου, με ένα διπλό και ένα μόνο κρεβάτι. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με σεσουάρ, βραστήρα, δωρεάν φακελάκια καφέ/τσαγιού/ζάχαρης/μπισκότων και νερού, κουζινακι με όλα τα απαραίτητα κι ακόμα περισσότερα. Στρώματα και μαξιλάρια cocomat, και γενικά όλο το δωμάτιο είναι προσεγμένο, μοντέρνο και πάνω απ' όλα καθαρό. Όσον αφορά το πρωινό, είχε πολλές επιλογές, οι οποίες ήταν και ποιοτικές. Γάλα, χυμός Amita πορτοκάλι και ανάμεικτος, μηχάνημα καφέ με επιλογή Espresso, cappuccino και γαλλικό, φρούτα, ψωμί του τοστ (με δυνατότητα φρυγανίσματος), φρυγανιες, μπαγκέτα λευκή/μαύρη, κρέπες, βαφλες, τυρί, γαλοπούλα, ντομάτα, αγγούρι, ελιές, λάδι, μαγιονεζα, κετσαπ, γιαούρτι, συσκευασιούλες βούτυρο/μελι/Nutella/μαρμελάδες 4 διαφορετικών γεύσεων, σιρόπια διαφόρων γεύσεων, αυγά βραστά/τηγανιτά/scrambled/ομελέτα τυριών/ομελέτα τυρί-αλλαντικό, μπέικον, λουκανικάκια, τυροπιτακια, μπουγατσάκια, φρούτα, ατομικα συσκευασμένα μπολακια με δημητριακά, σοκολατένια δημητριακά, βρώμη, γλυκό του κουταλιού κεράσι και βύσσινο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Συνολικά, σε μελλοντική μας επίσκεψη στο Λουτράκι, θα ξαναπροτιμήσουμε το Διολκος σίγουρα!

Excellent hotel. Very helpful and welcoming reception staff. We had 204, a seafront corner room. Lovely to sit on the balcony and people watch as well as to enjoy the view. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast selection was good and kept very well replenished with tables kept clean. It's in a really good location and only a short walk to everywhere. Suggest you try the bar/cafe which is 2 mins walk along the front but away from town by the jetty. Great place for a drink anytime.

There were six of us in our group (3 bedrooms total). If you look at the hotel from the front, the lobby is over to the left and our rooms were in the addition over to the right. There were three rooms connected by a hallway and we had all three so it was kind of nice that we were the only ones in that part of the building. The rooms were fine - European so small, but modern and clean which is all I care about. The view was nice as you're up on the hill overlooking the sea, but it's probably a better view from the floor above us as we saw a lot of the tops of buildings. We had a few problems. The first morning we woke up early to get a start on the day and the water was freezing cold. I ran outside over to the looby to let the manager know, but she doesn't usually arrive until 8AM so it was just the kitchen staff getting ready for breakfast. Through Google translate I was able to explain what was happening and they called the manager who got on the phone with a plumber. Long story short, it got fixed around 9AM so we got a late start. Rick Steve's says it's not about whether or not there are issues (there always will be) but about how the staff reacts. They were pleasant. To the left of the lobby there was a hallway and at the end was an empty room that had a deluxe bathroom. I went in and turned on the water in the shower and it was hot so apparently the issue was just on our side of the building - maybe with another water heater. Then we realized that the shower doors wouldn't stay shut so the bathroom floor was covered in water - slipping hazard. We found that the trashcan next to the toilet was broken and then that the sink was draining really slowly. The staff was able to fix the shower door almost (not 100%, but close) while we were there so that was nice. Maybe if we'd been there longer it would have been okay, but our time was so precious if we don't get an early start then there are things we just don't get to do. I guess I figure when you're a hotel hot water in a shower is a basic expectation. Also, there was no ”Hey, we know you're getting a late start so breakfast is on us,” or, ”Hey, we have an empty room with a functioning shower - why don't you use that room so everybody can get clean and you can start your day.” It was more along the lines of... we have a plumber and he'll be here soon. One last thing, they did have a laundry service and they took our clothes at 10PM and we had all three bags back (dry and folded) the next morning around 8AM for 30 euros so I give them credit for that. Would I stay there again? I really don't know. There seemed to be a lot of hotels around and we were there in the off-season so there seemed to be plenty of vacancies. If I'm realistic I think I'd actually hunt around online a bit to see if we could get into a better hotel for what might be the same price.

We had a very nice time at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer any questions that we had and provided very good recommendations for restaurants and things to do. There was also other chairs in the room so we did not have to sit on the bed anytime we were in the room. The hotel is close to the old town and has a fantastic view. That being said, the hotel is difficult to get to. You have to be in decent physical condition to manage all of the stairs and possible slippery cobblestones. If you have any mobility and/or balance concerns or a particular hatred of stairs, this might not be the hotel for you.

First the room was comfortable, the view was stunning, and the staff were helpful - my sympathies to the two ladies serving breakfast one morning when all the members of two tour parties turned up at the same time. Now the downsides. There is no information, and I'm not just talking about no tourist information, though there is none in either the lobby or your room. In the lobby you will find no signs directing you where various rooms are, or the toilets, though there is one sign saying the restaurant (for breakfast) is upstairs - you just have to search it out. There is nothing in your room telling you what time breakfast is served, or how to work the curtains or the air conditioning, or even how to leave in case of fire - I thought this last was a legal requirement. There is apparently a swimming pool, I don't know where, because again there is no information. In the section below on hotel amenities I have clicked not sure on everything. The wifi is intermittent at best. The bathroom door is very heavy and slides, but has no handle, don't push it too far back, you will never get it out again, especially if you have weak wrists.

Amazing location giving wonderful views…..but definitely not a five star hotel. No bar, main reception closed and new reception is a small office. overall in serious need of renovation. One of the main attractions of the hotel is that you can access the old town of Nafplio via lifts directly from the hotel. There were three and two had obviously been out of order for me many months m. The 3rd broke down while we were there and we had a long hot walk into town. The lift that does occasionally work is filthy , covered in graffiti and smells of urine and would be an embarrassment to a 1star hotel. Overall, over priced, dated and dejected. We stayed as we didn’t believe the other reviews… they were all accurate! Avoid
