It a nice purpose build hotel, not far from metro station and shopping of Hounslow suburb. It's easy to find and has a parking and taxi drive through at the main entrance. There are light proof curtains, a comfy bed, breakfast downstairs, maids are not walking in if you press the lights, don't disturb . Very attentive staff, dealing with request in a professional and effective manner. Noise from traffic and airplaines is not an issue, however banging doors and thin floors, can keep awake. To central London is about 1 hour, given the demand for hotels around festive season , this hotel offers good value for money.

Bed bugs in room , then got moved into another room with bed bugs . Then got moved into one with out bed bugs . Would like a refund

For the price in London, a very good room. Good breakfast, just missing mushrooms. Staff helpful. 15 mins walk to the Tube. Just not enough power sockets in the room for charging. One hidden under the desk, nothing near the bed. Wifi Fast. Restricted on-site parking 12GBP

quite a nice hotel with friendly staff and a nice ambiance in the room, but cleanliness could be improved as there were some stains on the carpet and bathroom, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

They only offer bottles of water on the first day In general the hotel matches its quality, with some basic amenities in the room. However, someone smokes cigarettes on the floor, I kept smelling the smoke for these five days

I spent two comfotable nights at the hotel. It's close to shops and a metro station. I did not have breakfast or much interaction with staff.

The hotel is great, clean, and comfy. It's easy to find food; just walk across the street to access grocery stores and restaurants. Parking is £12 per day.

It was good enough for my solo trip in London. I really enjoyed clean room with good hotel service. U can use again later if I have another chance to come to London.

The hotel itself was very nice , so no complaints there, the buffet was nice but only 1 type of cuisine. The bed was the issue very high and the mattress very soft so you end up rolling up in the middle and by the 2nd night I found it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but that was my only issue, maybe turn over the mattress more often and this may do the trick.

Excellent hotel at a really good price. Location is great. Rooms are very high quality for the price you pay. Only thing to remember is that they do ask for photo id at check in I didn't eat there but the food looks good.

Location is a ok, 12 mins walk from the train station, 2 mins walk to the bus stop toward Heathrow airport.
