It’s a busy weekend but the staff on duty over the weekend, Jason, Fecaine and Sanifa were still offering top customer service at the front desk. Thank you !!

The staffs were nice. But the hotel breakfast not fresh and not delicious. They wrote on the web site they have fitness center but it wasn’t fitness center it was just small room. The location I wasn’t expected bad area. But the area was little bit strange. Cleaners worked nice but bed was not comfortable. Anyway it was nice experience to know about it.

The bed was broken and it had wires sticking up cooming out of the bed and it hurt my leg when I tried to lay down on it . There was no Bodey wash as well .

Grand Park Hotel Heathrow is really great for airport transfers and even short breaks to London. It’s ten minutes walk from Osterley tube station (20 mins to London and to Heathrow) and close to local shops and restaurants. The staff are lovely, gym is small but has everything you need, rooms have kettle, TV, hairdryer and fridge, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The picture is the view from the room, a great view of London’s skyline!

Location was a little far from city centre however thanks to underground access was easy. Hotel was clean ,silent and breakfast was ok. Near to hotel there is restaurants fast food facilities in case of if you are late.

The hotel is 1km from the metro station. For groups of two or more, it's better to take a taxi to the metro as the cost is almost the same as taking the bus for two stops. It's also quite close to the airport. The room itself is pretty good.

I had a wonderful stay here. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The tube station is close too. Perfect for short and long stays.

Car park charges on Trip web page is £3 for 24 hours but Charges at the hotel was £12.50; which is rip off.
