The problem started with getting there. You have to go through the comfort inn parking lot. After driving around the block a few times I called and the person who answered said just come in to comfort inn to check in. I should’ve been told that in advance. So now that we’re there the check-in went rather smoothly and we go to our room. Average room didn’t seem bad Until I went to make a cup of coffee. There was an old moldy coffee packet in the coffee machine . We had reserve two nights so we stayed the second night. We would’ve expected clean towels the next day didn’t happen nobody came to clean the room put new towels or replace the coffee that I had used or clean the coffee pot . Also it was made quite clear that we were not invited to breakfast at the comfort inn. even though the comfort inn seems to be in charge and work collaboratively with Heritage Inn.

The heritage house was very clean when we arrived and cleaned every day we were there. It’s a basic room with beds and a bathroom. Just what we needed right in the center of Hyannis. We were in walking distance to the fairy, museum, restaurants, Main Street, shops and coffee. I was able to walk to the beach in the morning and back to our hotel to see the sun rise.

I stayed here with my wife for 3 days the last week of June, it was fine, the rooms are clean, this hotel is connected to the Comfort Inn so if you need to find it, go to the Comfort Inn and the Heritage Inn is behind it. You don't get all the amenities of the Comfort Inn, such as breakfast in the morning or use of the pool, although the pool is hyper chlorinated so impossible to swim in anyway. I would call them and try to get a deal if you need to visit Hyannis.

I wanted to write the review to rebut past reviews. I stayed at the Heritage in on 8/18 - 8/19. The accommodations were excellent for the money we spent to stay. Truth be told that the Comfort Inn may have taken over this property. The gentlemen at the front desk was professional and courteous. We asked what the difference was between Comfort Inn and Heritage and we were not allowed to use the pool, no daily room service, and no continental breakfast. Our room was clean, everything worked, we had good working air conditioner, complimentary ice. Given the price it was great value for 2 fisherman just wanting to lay our heads down before and after an offshore adventure. Will certainly stay here again.
