Dishonest people! I came to their hotel and these bad people had horrible rooms for us. Avoid the bungalows! Found lots of flies, lizards and very dirty rooms. Avoid the 504 and 501. Last refurbishment I was 13 years ago. We checked in on 23/02 and couldn’t stay for the night - checked out 2 hours after and booked another hotel in Foz dó Iguaçu - Nadai Hotel. I asked the very friendly receptionist to refund my stay, but certainly the scammer manager did not authorise it. Do not trust the Argentines. There were lots of flies in the room, that was also very dirty and outdated. Horrible place to stay! Avoid avoid avoid!

Staff is very friendly. Restaurant and food are excellent. What kept me from giving it 5 stars is because it needs an upgrade but it looks like all hotels in the area need one. Will definitely stay again

If you are expecting a sparkly, brand new place, this is NOT for you. The grounds are pretty, the room was clean, we liked the area, the cab service from the lobby was good and the breakfast was ok. I gave it a 4 not a 3 as it worked well for us. We paid with points so the price was right. It is close to the falls and we were one of the later pickups for our tour ( 7:50 vs 7 am). There were a few things within walking distance (beer place and the wildlife refuge). It is kit for everyone but was perfect for us.

Small airline type pillows. No coffee pot in room. You have to use room key to turn on power so the hall and room was like and oven. It finally started to cool when we left to check out. We arrived 30 min after restaurant closed. They should have pre-made sandwiches/fruit plates to sell to late arrivals. Kids were playing hide-n-go seek so running up and down hall outside room.

The hotel is located in a good area but is far from being a 4 start hotel. The hotel needs update. The hallway’s shades are old and need to be changed. The pool need repairs and the furniture in the rooms are old and uncomfortable. The staff however were nice and courteous. The breakfast was real good.

Booked for 3 nights to see the Falls mainly. Hotel is ok but dated . Needs a revamp but for the price was excellent. Restaurant basic nothing special just ok. Buffet breakfast ok with usual pastries fruit cereals. Pool area not very clean needs updating in general but if it’s a short stay then this is ideal. Hotel taxi service excellent ask for Martin He is great.
