Ulasan Browndot Airport New Town

The hotel is like brand new. Excellent condition. Not far from AirPort.

GS25 and 7-11 just right beside and opposite the hotel. The hotel is located ＜10mins away from the train station. I suggest taking a cab from the airport to the hotel if you have large luggage as it costs around 10 bucks. The hotel is so clean and big and well-equipped. I really love the stay. It also comes with hair tools for you to style your hair. There’s Netflix and YouTube on tv too.

Hotel is new, room is clean, has a very big TV, toilet is a bit empty, no vanity top, no place to put our cleaning items, no place to hang clothes and towels, no shower screen, the bathroom gets wet and messy every time someone take bath, the WC is good, with sensors. Bed is comfortable however not enough space to open medium size luggage due to there is one double bed and one single bed in the room.

I had another stay here and didn't regret my decision at all. There arena lot of restaurants and pubs so, be careful not to gain more weight .

Good location, good amenities, but the room fragrance choice is really strong and feels cheap.

Always looking for the best places near the airport and this one has been my favorite by far. Huge tv, very clean, spacious and multiple beds. I love it

I was surprised by the amount of amenities in the hotels and the room! Unfortunately I only booked one day because it was to be close to the airport but this place is great, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly as well. It’s a 500m walk from unseo station (7 minutes train from terminal 1) which is great and there are a lot of restaurants around which serve good food and are open late. If you’re looking for a stay close to the airport this one is definitely worth the price. I wish I could stay in a place like this in Seoul city

This hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were pristeen and I can't find one negative!

Spent a night here on an overnight connection. The room is quite nice, well worth the price. The service is not bad, it's just one of those more self-service type of hotels. We got in real late and didn't see a soul, got our room card after someone communicated with us remotely and opened a kiosk type machine. Had fun trying to figure out what this thing was in our room. Portable sauna?

A very clean and affordable room. Definitely coming again in my other visits. The only problem is the amenities were not included other than that its very best.

Didnt accept an immediate change date request from an obvious mistake. Relying on some policy is not customer service at all. Absolutely no loss to their business to change dates. Try somewhere else. They probably did us a favour

Just stay one night for during transit, 2 stops away from Incheon International Airport via train it takes about 10 mins only. We had a comfortable time there, hotel is clean beds are comfortable please take note no toothbrush is provided

hotel near the airport. complete facilities. The service needs to be improved because I was given a room twice that had not been cleaned so I had to wait again even though I checked in at 11pm

Loved the hotel. It's very spacious, has a lot of amenities, even a styler and hair straightener; the hotel staff was so kind to upgrade my room to a SPA room (with a dry sauna in the room). Unfortunately, I was completely knackered when I arrived , so couldn't make use of the dry sauna. Maybe next time!
