Love the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Although the hallway looked a bit old, the overall experience was excellent. The location and atmosphere were great, and the stay was very pleasant.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access. I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage. Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store. While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future.

Hotel ini adalah ***a apartmen dengan daftar masuk layan diri. Saya pada mulanya tidak tahu cara menggunakan mesin, jadi saya menghubungi khidmat pelanggan; mereka sangat membantu dan bercakap bahasa Cina. Persekitarannya menyenangkan, dan simpanan bagasi disediakan. Terdapat kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah, yang sangat mudah. Bilik-bilik adalah besar dan serba lengkap, dengan pancuran mandian dan tandas yang berasingan, menjadikannya berasa seperti menyewa sebuah apartmen. Ia agak jauh dari tempat Inspire. Bilik itu lebih kecil daripada yang dijangkakan dan ia adalah bilik berkembar, tetapi katil bujang adalah 90cm lebar jadi sukar untuk dibalikkan. Saya berpuas hati kerana tempat tidurnya lebih lembut daripada yang saya jangkakan dan bantalnya juga sesuai. Masalahnya ialah cawan itu. Saya tertanya-tanya jika orang sebelumnya menggunakannya dan membilasnya dengan air dan membiarkannya begitu sahaja, atau jika ia dibersihkan dengan betul kerana ia masih mempunyai kesan kopi hangus. Jika anda tidak dapat menguruskannya, adalah lebih baik untuk menyimpan cawan kertas. Tidak mengapa jika anda berfikir tentang pergi ke pantai berdekatan dan bukannya Laut Timur. Memandangkan kemudahan, harga pada hari Sabtu nampaknya mahal.

This is an officetel-type hotel, it was a little far from the nearest metro station however the room itself was nice. It is designed to feel like you are staying at someone's house, not just a hotel. As is typical of an officetel, there is a washing machine in each room which was quite convenient. The loft was not too hot (as they can be sometimes) as the airconditioning unit's positioning is optimal. It was also a quick taxi back to Incheon International Airport, so overall it was definitely good value for money.

I arrived in South Korea and it was a little difficult to find the lift and entrance. Upon check-in i realize aircon was not working during winter and spring. You have to open the window. Rooms was very comfortable, warm showers. They even have a small kitchenette, fridge and microwave in the rooms. I would say its quite a good stop over location if you are travelling for work. I went Lotte to shop, and bought lots of snacks. There's also Daiso in a small corner. I liked the supermarket very much! Some facial products on level 1. Ask the reception which lift leads to which hotel, as 2 hotel brands share the same reception but the cards service separate hotel lift rooms. Big lobby area, which was good, I re-packed my luggage before leaving for the airport! Overall, I am glad I found this hotel. I had a good rest before continuing my journey back to Singapore!

We stayed at Best Western Premier Incheon Airport Hotel for one night before our flight. Overall, it was fine for a short stay before departure, but nothing outstanding. The hotel is located in the airport area, but it is not as close to the terminal as we expected. Getting to the airport still takes some time, around 30 minutes in our case. However, there is a shuttle bus every hour, which is convenient. A very useful thing is that there is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. This was really helpful for a short overnight stay. Our room was in a traditional Korean style, with a low table for eating while sitting on the floor. It was interesting, but probably because of this traditional style, the furniture felt quite old. Some wooden furniture had visible wear, scratches and small chips, and overall it felt like it had been used for many years. The room had everything we needed for one night before a flight, and in general everything was okay. However, we expected a little more from this brand. One small inconvenience was the lighting: at first we could not understand how to turn off all the lights. There was some device in the corner that had to be plugged into a socket, and only after that we managed to turn the lights off. Overall, this hotel is suitable for one night before a flight, especially because of the shuttle bus and the convenience store downstairs. But the room did not feel very fresh, and for a Best Western Premier hotel we expected a bit more.

Ia bagus untuk berjalan-jalan dan berhampiran dengan restoran. Saya kagum kerana terdapat pemandangan laut juga! Terdapat banyak kemudahan mudah yang boleh diakses dengan berjalan kaki. Ia berhampiran dengan restoran di Sky City dalam masa 5-10 minit dengan kereta. Saya akan 100% tinggal lagi! Saya sangat menyukainya sehingga saya akan melakukannya tidak lama lagi Saya rasa saya akan datang lagi!
