"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the hot tub so much. It was so relaxing. There was plenty of time each day to enjoy it more than once. Also, the food was quite good as well as the coffee, which was more affordable than we thought it would be. The portions for dinner were pretty big so keep that in mind when ordering. The service was very friendly and responsive. Being able to store a couple of small items in the refrigerator in the lobby was super useful for us. The only small thing I would recommend for improvement is to leave a small strainer for guests to use themselves for the hot tub. Although someone came each day to clean it out, over many hours, there can be quite a few small bugs floating in the water. Nothing that prevented us from enjoying the hot water though. We are already thinking of returning again in the future."

"Great Gateway From Shanghai If you are looking for a place to rest in nature, Yunxi Designer Hot Spring Homestay is best place to stay! Starting with big rooms overviewing green heels, through spacious balcony and cosy bathtubs. The hotel has everything you need to simply rest and enjoy your time in nature. The food is absolutely remarkable, has local taste and cater to dietary needs - including vegetarians. The hosts are lovely couple who are always willing to help and provide multiple recommendations what to do around. The hot springs are next level and allow you for romantic stay in a full privacy. The cheery on top is a lovely deer who has a lot of space to enjoy and is feed with green vegetables. My partner loves to get a morning swim and pool was available for him despite our stay was after ”hot season” I strongly recommend this place, and we will for sure come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The owner of the hotel was very warm and friendly. The environment is super clean and peaceful, as well as very beautiful and aesthetic! The room is even bigger than the pictures; it also has a small lobby within the room for shoes. We enjoyed the private balcony a lot, and were kindly gifted a hot soup dessert. The dinner meal was also prepared fresh and tailored to meet our vegetarian requests. The boss also helped us book tickets to a nearby park and personally drove us to the entrance! Much too kind! Will surely return next time 我们在这里度过了美好的时光。酒店的老板非常热情友好。环境非常干净、宁静，既美丽又有美感！房间比照片上看起来还要大；房间内还有一个小鞋柜。我们非常喜欢私人阳台，还收到了热汤甜点的贴心赠送。晚餐也是新鲜准备的，满足了我们的素食要求。老板还帮我们预订了附近公园的门票，并亲自开车送我们到入口！真是太好了！下次一定会再来。"

"Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences."

"Charming house, with some area for kids to play and a nice view on the hills. We really enjoyed the hot bath outside, it is super relaxing after an active day, and we also appreciated that we could use the kitchen and feel at home! Jinxia was very accomodating and helpful, she helped me book tickets for some attractions, gave me advice on restaurants and arranged a driver. One point to notice, it is not easy to get a didi there!"

"這次入住體驗真的超出預期！ 房間乾淨整潔，衞生做得特別到位，角落都乾乾淨淨，床品舒適，住着特別安心放心。 地理位置超讚，出行方便，周邊環境也很舒服，不管是遊玩還是休息都很合適。 老闆服務熱情周到，態度超好，有求必應，細節滿滿，讓人感覺很貼心。 整體性價比很高，體驗感滿分，下次來還會選這家，強烈推薦！"

"This is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night. I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better."

"新開民宿，攜程沒有任何評價，心裏本來是忐忑的，但是電話聯繫了管家後，被管家的細心溝通打動，出發前往入住，體驗超棒，民宿設計非常贊，房間絕對值得二刷入住。 特別喜歡三樓露台的風景，坐在藤椅上吹着山風，很贊～ 一樓的遊樂區域也很贊，桌球 乒乓 KTV 麻將，超適合家庭出遊 我們還去了民宿旁的葛嶺古道徒步，民宿管家貼心的給我們準備了的登山包＋登山枴杖＋水，徒步小小的挑戰還是有的，沿途風景也不錯 最後我一定要説，替我老公説的，民宿管家真的非常貼心周到，是我們這些年住過的最好的管家，且民宿設施非常好，值得我寫個民宿首評呢。 期待春節大家庭包棟入住。"

"第一次入住莫干山頂，生態環境真的好。由於上山線路比較複雜且有很多限行區域，提前加了酒店微信，工作人員非常細緻的給出了上山的行車定位，還叮囑我分段導航才可以到達酒店，同時幫我們報備了車牌方便我們順利開車上山。抵達酒店辦好手續我們步行去山蔭街吃午餐，午餐後就去了劍池景區，還去酒店咖啡廳喝了下午茶（酒店套餐提供的），環境不錯。酒店給我們安排的是88號陳毅元帥樓，一進樓感覺自己穿越了時空，房間內設施設備非常完善，陽台上就可以看到裸心堡，景色絕佳。小朋友説下次去莫干山景區還要住蘆花盪飯店！"

Delicious breakfast, delicious diner, large swimming pool with funny slide for kids, great views over bamboo forest, nicely decorated rooms, very welcoming staff.
