五一假期帶孩子來杭州和莫干山旅遊，因為孩子身體有些不舒服，每天都不確定行程，在當天訂上莫扉民宿，結果超預期，這就是一種緣份！ 1、服務：老闆和老闆娘服務特別好，也很熱情，給我們推薦和聊天，對孩子生病也很照顧，有做白粥給孩子，讓我們也很感動 2、環境和設施：最令我們驚喜的是民宿環境真的很用心，花園佈置得非常漂亮，我們也很幸運趕上了薔薇月季季，整個庭院蠻麪的花牆，環境温馨舒服，讓人很治癒 早餐味道也很不錯，我喜歡老闆娘做的豆腐包，好好吃！ 3、位置：民宿位置也方便，靠近庾山廣場，吃飯很方便，我老公早上還去徒步了一趟，對面是義遠有機農場餐廳和勞嶺水庫

環境和衞生還好，但服務一般，接待的阿姨也不是很熱情，原來看之前的評論説早餐很豐盛，阿姨很熱心，但沒有達到這種的期待。早上喝豆漿的時候，喝完一杯想加點，把豆漿瓶拿到桌上加完還沒來得及放回去，阿姨過來看到，就直接説了句，哎喲你們怎麼這樣的，然後把豆漿氣沖沖地拿回去了。一家人聽後心裏很不舒服，如果是不能續杯或者提醒我們及時放回去，那好好説一聲就好了，畢竟花五百多塊錢也不是過來貪多喝一杯豆漿，大早上的心情就受影響了。還有我們住loft家庭房，四個人，房間裏衹有兩瓶礦泉水，問阿姨能不能再拿兩瓶，阿姨説沒有，每個房間衹有兩瓶，讓我們回房間燒水。其實作為loft家庭房，住的人肯定比普通間多，建議可以多放幾瓶，一個小舉動也是一個小細節，但住户就會覺得很暖心，希望商家看到能改進，祝越辦越好。

We traveled during winter and it was cold. The hallways and dining place were really cold, not heated and place had scent of smoke from the fire. AC was the only source of heat in the room and it was very loud to sleep with it while on, but also couldn’t heat up our room enough. We will have to be there during summer and enjoy the swimming pool and the backyard. I believe it’s perfect during those time.

Very nice and quite hostel, pretty view. Room is generous with a big bathtub and great floor to ceiling windows. Breakfast is homemade by the auntie, it was great. It’s a pity that the swimming pool was empty, better ask the host before booking if you want to swim. Host is also very nice.

The place is really nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. It has beautiful views and the location is very convenient. The staff made it especially nice. They are so friendly and go the extra mile. They made my birthday weekend very special. Would recommend it to anyone.

We chose this hotel because of its deep pool. The pool was really huge and deep, ranging from 1.3 to 1.6 meters, which is perfect for adults. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a bathroom, bathrobes, and soft mattresses. I will definitely return here next time.

We had a great stay at this resort/homestay! The place is very comfy, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the pool offers great views. The atmosphere was very quiet and laid-back, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we especially appreciated the owner, who took great care of us. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Amazing view, clean rooms, great service. Didi cars cannot enter the area, so the hotel contacted us and arranged a driver to pick us up from train station (160 RMB). To get around the scenic area there is a shuttle bus that stops at different stops. There is a stop near the hotel. There is nothing to do at the hotel except sip tea, watch TV, stare at the gorgeous scenery if the weather is good. Swimming pool was closed and does not look maintained. Vegetarian breakfast was nice, we were given milk, bread, potato, dumplings, vegetables.

非常好的民宿，環境優雅，老闆熱情，房間大，設施新，床睡得很舒服，燈光設計也很好。雖是民宿早餐很不錯，吃得很舒服。
