Hotel dengan Wifi di Dortmund

We came from Ireland to Germany and stayed at NH Hotel Dortmund. During our stay, Caroline stood out as the most professional member of staff. Having visited many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, we can confidently say that her level of professionalism is exceptional. She speaks both English and German fluently and consistently delivers a high standard of service with great attention to detail. We strongly believe that Caroline truly deserves to be in a managerial or assistant managerial position, and we highly recommend dealing with her for any service.

Lovely stay, fresh rooms. Great location. Would highly recommend for business / professional guest

We had a wonderful trip. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and friendly! On the last day, I was very sick, and the receptionist gave me fresh lemon and mint to make this tea with honey. That really helped a lot.

Came for business trip intertabak but brought my wife and son along. Breakfast had limited choices but sufficient for business trip. Croissants are goood crispy and soft inside. Friendly Floor staff was kind enough to help store breast milk for my wife as there is not fridge or freezer in the room. Good location in the city to explore. They also let us check in early as i wrote to them prior to check in. Thumbs up. Able to rest after a long early flight.

Good location for solo traveler staff could speak English and very professional and the tram to go to downstairs is 5 min walking worth the price

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

I checked in one building and then I was sent to another building located 200 meters away. When booked the room online it was not mentioned. Otherwise the rooms were clean. No Air conditioner in the rooms.
